Part 2. Measurement of macular light sensitivity and FM 100-hue test in normal prese- nium and geratic people. The macular light sensitivity 、macular foveal light sensitivi- ty in 64 (82 eyes) and hue discrimination in 75 (100 eyes) normal presenium and geratic people were examined with macular threshold (white、red、blue and green color light) program of the Humphreh Field Analyzer and FM 100-hue test respectivity. The re- sults showed that the light sensitivity in four color light threshold was all declined with age. The mean error score square of each spectral region and whole spectral was increased with age, the loss of light sensitivity and hue discrmination was a linear correlated with age. The light sensitivity of the different field was compared, except blue color light threshold, the light sensitivity was decreased with the increasing of the eccentricity, white and red color light threshold in the inferior field showed lower sensitivity than that in the superior field.

二、老年前期及老年期正常人的黄斑阈值及FM100-色调试验检测采用Humphrey视野分析仪黄斑阈值程序和FM100-色调试验仪分别对82例（82眼）和75例（100眼）老年前期及老年期正常人进行了黄斑光敏度、黄斑中心凹光敏度及色调分辨力的测定，结果显示四种色光阈值的光敏度均随年龄增加而降低，FM100-色调试验各个色区及全色区错误记分方根随年龄增加而增高，光敏度及色调分辨力的降低与年龄呈线性相关；不同视野的光敏度比较，除蓝色光阈值外，光敏度均随视野偏心度的增加而减少，视野的上半部光敏度较下半部低；视野的鼻侧与颞侧及各象限的光敏度无显著差异。

It was different in time of start-enhancing and start- expurgation and intensio.3 cases revealed wash-in contemporarily and 6 cases revealed wash- in quickly in time of start-enh ancing.In time of start-expurgating, 3 cases showed wash-out quickly, 3cases revealed wash-out contemporarily,3 cases showed wash-out slowly,6 cases revealed a higher contrast enhancement and 3 cases revealed a even contrast enhancement in enhancing intension; 4 cases with renal cyst s,outline had more clear and inside had no contrast media washing in and enhancing;3cases with renal angiomyolipomas washed in slowly,washed out slowly and equal or low enhanced ; 2cases with renal columnar hypertrophy were no outline appearance and the same enhancement and ech o as the nomal rena tissue.

超声造影诊断结果：(1)肾占位性病变：9例肾透明细胞癌，其超声造影表现多种多样，造影后肾脏恶性病灶造影开始增强的时间、开始廓清的时间及增强强度不等，在开始增强的时间方面，与正常肾皮质同时灌注增强的有3例，表现为快进的有6例，在开始廓清的时间方面，快退3例，同退3例，慢退3例，在增强的强度方面，6例病灶表现为高增强，3例为等增强表现；4例肾囊性病灶，超声造影轮廓较二维超声清晰，但内部始终未见增强；3例肾血管平滑肌脂肪瘤表现为慢进慢退，回声呈等、低增强表现；2例肾柱肥大超声造影无明显包块轮廓出现，造影增强的动态变化时间、强度与正常肾组织一致。

The second experiment is to fabricate white light LED from red and green phosphors pumped by blue light LED. The blue light LED we used in our experiment has the wavelength range between 450 and 452.5 nm, and the chip size is 17 mil *14 mil. There are two kinds white light LED we fabricated in the experiment. There are three blue light LED chips bonded in single package of both kinds package. The different of the both packages is mixed phosphor of encapsulation. One of the experimental devices was encapsulated YAG phosphor mixed silicone to fabricate white light. The other is red and green phosphor mixed encapsulation. The compared and focused parameter was luminous efficiency. YAG phosphor pumped white light has the luminous efficiency 72 lm/W, CRI 70, CIE(0.32, 0.33), CCT 5622°K at the operating current 60mA. On another hand, red and green phosphor pumped white light LED has the luminous efficiency 55 lm/W, CRI 90, CIE(0.31, 0.32), CCT 6479°K at the operating current 60mA. We fabricated the red and green phosphor pumped white light LED, and proved that it could has much higher CRI under similar compared conditions, CIE xy and CCT.

第二个实验是使用蓝光LED晶粒来制作白光元件，蓝光LED晶粒波段范围在450 ~ 452.5 nm，晶粒大小为17*14 mil，以三颗蓝光LED晶粒搭配YAG萤光粉(黄绿光 540 nm)制成白光元件，再以另外三颗蓝光LED晶粒搭配红色萤光粉(613 nm)混合绿色萤光粉(519 nm)制成的白光元件进行发光效率比较；搭配YAG萤光粉的白光元件在注入60 mA的电流时所量测到最大的发光效率是在72 lm/W，演色性数值大约为70，CIE色度座标为(0.32， 0.33)，色温是在5622 °K；而搭配红色萤光粉混合绿色萤光粉的白光元件在注入60 mA的电流时，最大的发光效率在55 lm/W，演色性数值大约为90，CIE色度座标为(0.31， 0.32)，色温在6479 °K；证明了蓝光LED晶粒搭配红色萤光粉混合绿色萤光的白光元件演色性指数可以高达90 以上的结果。
