Visual Rice Growth Models system represented an effort to design crop modeling software with object-oriented paradigm and to organize classes in system with model-document-view architecture. Firstly, the crop-environment system was abstracted as many subsystems and physiological processes with object-oriented paradigm while many classes were established to simulate the behaviors of these subsystems and physiological processes. In VRGM, the document-view architecture in Visual C++ was extended as model-document-view architecture for agricultural integrated system. In the model-document-view architecture, document gets the final simulation results by manipulating the models classes and acts as a communicating intermediacy between model and view. Views display the simulation results and translate users' operation and data entering to document. The architecture separates the domain models, data management and user interface.

The results indicated that when initial NO3--N was not leached, soil initial NO3--N and mineral N extracted by CaCl2 before aerobic incubation were closely related with raygrass nitrogen uptake, the correlation coefficients were 0.856 and 0.862, respectively, both reached at 1% significant level. When initial NO3--N was leached, it was no good relationship between mineralizable N extracted by aerobic incubation, soil initial mineral N and mineralizable N extracted by aerobic incubation, N0 and soil initial mineral N and N0 with raygrass nitrogrn uptake, the correlation coefficients were 0.410, 0.553, 0.492 and 0.419, respectively, indicating that the poor effects of mineralizable N on reflecting soil N capacity were influenced and disturbed by initial nitrate.

On moving base, a new initial alignment algorithm for strapdown inertial navigation system is proposed. In the algorithm, two special inertial frames, the initial-time inertial frame (i0 frame) and the initial-time SINS body inertial frame (ib0 frame), are defined and are selected as calculation reference frames, then, the calculation of initial alignment direction cosine matrix is expanded into three parts:(1) the DCM between i0 frame and the navigation frame will be easily obtained via local geographical coordinates and initial alignment time;(2) attitude updating using gyro samples gets the DCM between SINS frame and ib0 frame;(3) by explaining SINS specific force equation in SINS body frame, the relation between velocity log, accelerometer measurement and gravity acceleration is established to achieve the constant DCM from ib0 frame to i0 frame.
