The results showed as:(1)Gegen decreases fasting insulin and insulin resistance index and increases insulin sensitive index of rats of insulin resistance induced by dexamethasone significantly;(2)Gegen can improve glucose tolerance of rats of insulin resistance but not to alloxan indued diabetes mice;(3)Gegen increases glucose intake of 3T3-L1 adipocytes and improves the insulin resistance of 3T3-L1 adipocytes induced by dexamethasone significantly;(4)Gegen can activate peroxisome proliferator- activated receptor gamma, make it bind to PPAR response elements;(5)Gegen can up-regulate mRNA expression of PPAR v ,aP2 and adiponectin.

Albicans strains with fluconazole. Method: A series of 16 strains C. albicans from the same body were induced to form pseudo-hyphae in RPMI 1640 medium and DMEM medium at 37 癈 for twenty-four hours respectively. Using this model three competence-deficient pneumococci, which was identified by PCR and transformation experiment, were constructed. It is found different strain has different bacterial optimal density for being induced into competence. The optimal density for strains 1, 2 and 22 was 0.1, 0.08and 0.07 respectively. It was discussed the relationship between pneumococcal transformation formation and its opportunistic pathogenesis. Our results indicated that (1) aortic rings with and without endothelium precontracted by NE to decreased pH induced a relaxation; aortic rings with and without endothelium to increased pH induced a contraction; there is no significant difference in presence and absence of endothelium .(2)NO levels had no significant change in isolated aortic rings presence and absence of endothelium to decreased pH and increased pH ;(3)sulfite levels in isolated aortic rings with endothelium reduced to decreased pH and increased pH. sulfite levels in aortic rings without endothelium had no remarkable change.

In this research, B2 gene of HCV was highly expressed as a fusion protein (Trx-B2) by cloning into pThioHisA, and induced specific anti-HCV antibody in higher titer than unmodified B2 protein after immunize mice or rabbit.The results showed antigen Trx-B2 has obvious immunogenicity and induced specific antibody,which might be able to serve as diagnosis HCV. Consequently, this PcAb of rabbit was used to coated Immulon plate, and a method of both antibodys sandwiching antigens was developed to detect 32 HCV positive serum and 32 nomal serum.Results show that ratio of positive are 87.5%and 43.75% respectively.
