Results: Among the 41 cases diagnosed as CAOS by echocardiography, bicuspid aortic valve stenosis was found in 27 cases, quadricuspid aortic valve stenosis in 3 cases, supravalvular aortic stenosis in 2 cases, and subvalvular aortic stenosis in 9 cases. Two of the 8 cases diagnosed had other kind of congenital cardiopathy complications by echocardiography were confirmed by operation research.

结果： 超声心动图诊断先天性主动脉出口狭窄共41例，双瓣27例、四瓣3例、瓣上狭窄2例、瓣下狭窄9例，8例合并其他先天性心脏病者中有2例已经手术证实。

In these 46 cases ,there were 41 cases attacked with osteonecrosis of both femoral head for 3 to 6 months. There were 43 cases without any clinical symptom. The X-ray examination of these 46 cases were normal while the MRI examination were abnormal obviously ,among them ,include 7 cases with osteonecrosis of the thigh and knee and 3 cases with osteonecrosis of humeral head the caput humeus. The blood plasma lipid examination was abnormal.

Results MRI of all WE patients showed symmetrical high signals on the brain T2WI, Flair and diffusion weighted imaging, 6 cases of them in the medial thalamus, 4 cases in surrounding the aqueduct, 3 cases in the third ventricle gray matter, 2 cases in the mamillary bodies, 1 case in the putamen,1 case in the optic chiasm, 1 case in the superior cerebella vermis and 1 case in the subcortical white matter; 2 cases had reinforcement effect. 2 cases showed no abnormal signals on T2WI and Flair early, but showed high signal symmetrically in the medial thalamus on DWI imaging.

结果 8例WE患者MRI示脑部T2WI、Flair成像及弥散加权成像有对称性异常高信号影，其中出现在丘脑内侧6例、中脑导水管周围灰质4例、第三脑室周围灰质3例、乳头体2例及壳核、视交叉、小脑上蚓部、皮质下白质各1例；2例有增强效应。2例发病早期T2WI、Flair无异常信号影，DWI示丘脑内侧对称性异常高信号影。

Clinical cure and improvement of the 116 cases, surgery drug failed to cure in 4 cases. 53 cases of surgical cure (44.1%), 37 cases were drug cured (30.8%), 18 cases of self-improvement (15%), 22 cases of side effects.

Results 4 cases were treated by thoracic close drainage as long term treatment; 6 cases were cured with exclusive thoracic close drainage; 123 cases of bronchopleural fistula were treated with decortication or thoracoplasty after their symptoms of ardent fever, cough and expectoration vanished due to drainage ; 23 cases of hronchopleural fistula were treated with thoracic close drainage, cleaning up focus of infectionrestoring fistulae-splanchnic wall decortication and repeated chest drainage ,4 cases were cured and the extent of operation and thoracic deformity in 19 cases were diminished.

Methods:35 cases of otic neoplasms confirmed by clinic and biopsy, including 16 cases of acoustic neuroma, 3 cases of facial nerve neuroma, 10 cases of glomus jugulare tumor, 3 cases of carcinoma of middle ear, 3 cases of congenital cholesteatoma.

Results Among the 168 patients, 95 cases (121 sides) had incomplete middle turbinate, 51 cases (75 sides) had maxillary sinus ostium stenosis, 85 cases (117 sides) had nasal cavity adhesion, 48 cases (57 sides) had uncinate process residual, 38 cases (65 sides) had ethmoid hyperostosis, and 25 cases had nasal septum deviation. One hundred and six patients (134 sides) were cured, 40 patients (56 sides) were improved, useful 22 patients (35 sides) were ineffective.
