In order to apply remote sensing image in terrain simulation, we must get the remote sensing image with high space resolution and high spectrum resolution. In this paper, we use the TM image, IKONOS image and same zones DEM to make three demention terrain map. In order to keep the TM images spectrum information and import the geometry character of IKONOS to fetch up the disadvantage of TM and IKONOS,we first use the polynomial method to geometry registration the IKONOS image and TM image,then we use the fusion algorithm base on HIS transformation fuse the TM image and IKONOS image.

首先将同一地区的TM影像与IKONOS影像进行精确配准后，使用基于HIS变换的融合方法，将两种影像进行融合，融合结果在保持TM影像丰富光谱信息的基础上，引入了IKONOS影像的几何特征，从而弥补了TM影像分辨率低和IKONOS影像光谱信息缺乏的缺点，并生成具有 1m分辨率的彩色影像；最后将融合结果与相应地区的DEM数据进行复合，生成了具有高度真实感的三维影像图。

The purposes of this study were to: 1.explore the distribution of essential attribute, healthy behavior, disease condition, body image, body image adaptation, and social support in buccal cancer patients after operation; and 2. examine if the adaptation of body image and social support will affect patients' body image. The study usee a cross-sectional design and recruit post-operative buccal cancer patients from a regional teaching hospital at southern Taiwan.
