Four hundred and twenty three ( 262 for HB×T, 49 for S×T, 111for R×T and 1 for B×T) out of 990 individuals exhibiting the trifoliate phenotype oftrifoliate orange were considered to be hybrids by morphology identification and SSRverification; Six hundred and fourteen of 756 plantlets derived from other crosses wereverified to be hybrids by SSR analysis. Of them, 244 for HB×\'Nova\' tangelo, 179 forHB×\'Page\' tangelo, 172 for HB×\'Fairchild\' tangelo, 1 for \'Bendizao\'tangerine×\'Nova\'tangelo, 7 for \'Bendizao\'tangerine×\'Page\' tangelo, 3 for \'Bendizao\'tangerine×\'Murcott\'tangor and 8 for satsuma mandarin×\'Nova\' tangelo.

The results showed that:(1)IRBB21 was resistant to all the strains except T7147,astrain from Japan belonging to the Japanese racial group 2,whereas Minghui 63 and 6078 weremoderately susceptible to most of the strains tested;(2) The resistance reactions of the hybrids derivedfrom IRBB21 appeared to be the same as that of IRBB21,whereas that of the hybrids derived fromMinghui 63 and 6078 were more susceptible to BB than the two restorers.

结果表明，IRBB21除不抗日本的T2菌系群外，对所有其它供试菌株均表现高抗，恢复系明恢63和6078对供试菌株多为中感，以明恢63或6078配组的杂交稻的抗性极差，而源于IRBB21的杂交稻的抗性与IRBB21基本相同，因而证实Xa21基因确为在我国极具应用价值的抗性基因，完全可以用于杂交水稻的白叶枯病抗性改良。

In order to clarify the rules of POD isoenzyme in the hazelnut, identify their blood relations between female, male and filial generations and select the superior parents for cross-breeding, we have studied the characteristics of peroxidase isoenzyme which are distributed in the 34 hazelnut varieties or lines by polyarclamide gel electrophoresis, The results showed that:POD isoenzymes of Corylus heterophylla Fisch, Corylus avellana L, and the hybrid of Corylus heterophylla Fisch × Corylus avellana L had obvious difference; some hybrids had lost P10 spectrum band of parents; the enzyme spectrum of 32 hybrid hazelnuts produced 'new hybrid spectrum bands'that could be considered as a mean to identify hybrids.
