Result Richards Model and Monodic Quadratic Equation could properly describe grain dry matter growing process and the change process of grain filling rate with days after anthesis. There was big difference in average grain filling rate, maximum grain filling rate under different planting density. Average grain filling rate 1.26 mg/ and maximum grain filling rate 2.44 mg/ of T7 were the quickest, and the average grain filling rate 0.94 mg/ and maximum grain filling rate 1.99 mg/ of T12 were the slowest, and the maximum difference percentage of the average grain filling rate and maximum grain filling rate among different density were 33.98%, 22.61%. There was significant correlation between average grain filling rate, maximum grain filling rate, grain filling active duration, rapid increasing stage and thousand grain weight, and the correlation coefficients were 0.628*, 0.630*, 0.849**, 0.739**. Active grain filling duration contributed mostly to TGW.

This paper presents an IFMC CAD model that consits of a geometry model and a material model, in which the geometry space acts as a base space and the material space acts as a bundle space. In this CAD model, the geometry model is based on the non-manifold model. In addition, a half-face data sturucture, which is derived from the half-edge data structure with the non-manifold feature of IFMC taken into account, is adopted to represent the geometry and topology information of the component. For the material model of IFMC, this paper focuses on the FGM component representation firstly and present a simplex-subdivision based CAD data exchange format, in which the material information is represented as a (n-1) simplex and material distributing feature is represented by the interpolation on the simplex-subdivision. Based on those, a part-building orientation optimization algorithm and an adaptive slicing algorithm for FGM component are presented in the paper. For the IFMC material model, the IFMC material information representation is divided into a meso-scale and a macro-scale representation. In the meso-scale, a concept named parameterized periodic functional meso-structure is presented as a unique form to represent the FGM (the homogeneous materials are regarded as a special FGM), the composite and the functional meso-structure material. The model of PMS is a three-tuple that contains the space state informatation, the material parameter and the material meso-scale distribution feature. The macro-scale material information representation is similar to the FGM components by interpolation of the control parameter of the periodical functional meso-structure based on the simplex-subdivision. Through an example of manufacturing-oriented IFMC CAD data processing, it is proved that the IFMC CAD model and the material information representation and process method proposed in this paper can provide a reliable data support for IFMC digital concurrent design and manufacturing.

At first, this paper conducts in depth research on classification method, compaction propeties, granulometric composition and crushing of stone. On the basis of clarifying engineering characteristics of material of rock-filling embankment, requirements of ground treatment have been put forword in this paper. Then combined with the site test and engineering practice in SHUINAN Road and LANLIN Road, through the synthetical analysis of factors of influencing densification effect for the maximum grain size of filling material, lay-down thickness, granulometric composition, densification machinery and densification frequency etc., this paper studies key technical problems about construction technologies for spreading and leveling of filling material, choosing densification machinery, densification technology and slope construction systematically. Finally, construction technologies of filling lime-stone and sand-stone roadbed have been proposed in this paper ,which are significant for quality guarantee of highway engineering.
本文首先从石料的分类方法、压实特性、粒径组成以及破碎性等方面进行研究,在明确填石路基填料的工程特性基础上,进而提出了填石路基的地基处理要求,然后结合广西水南路和甘肃兰临路填石路基试验路段上的现场研究,通过对填石路基填料最大粒径、松铺厚度、粒径组成,压实机械以及碾压遍数等影响压实效果因素的综合分析,系统研究了填石路基填料的摊铺与整平技术、压实机械选型技术、压实工艺以及边坡施工技术等施工工艺中的关键问题,最后提出石灰岩类和砂岩类填石路基的施工工艺要求。
