In this paper, two assemblies of special test equipments have been designed and fabricated by authors in our laboratory: namely Catalyst Molding Process Analyzer and Catalyst Mechanical Process Tester. These new skills are developed for the dynamic studies on whole mold forming process and crushing process of Fe-Cr WGHS catalyst pellet. Based on the orthogonal experimental design, the effects of some factors during the forming process of solid catalyst, such as predensification proportion, calcination time, calcination temperature and content of graphite on the mechanical strength of catalyst pellets are systematically examined, and the molding conditions have been optimized. Based on the experimental data, the relationship between catalyst density and forming pressure are educed, and the physical significances of some related parameters are described. The parameter of macro scopic elastic moduls has been suggested to character the mechanical properties of molding catalyst. The effects of molding pressure on mechanical properties of catalyst pellets are discussed, and results show that there exists a optimal molding pressure for the ideal mechanical properties: when over-high or over-low pressure is applied, the specific surface area and side crushing strength of catalyst pellets will decreased. The "rebound effect" will be undermined by the unsuitable pressure maintain process, resulting in the apparent decrease of mechanical strength of catalyst pellets.

本研究通过自行设计制造的催化剂模压成型过程分析仪（Catalyst Molding Process Analyzer， CMPA）和催化剂力学性质测试仪（Catalyst Mechanical Properties Tester， CMPT），以Fe-Cr系高温变换催化剂片剂为研究对象，对成型过程和受压破碎过程提供了全过程动态研究的新手段；本研究利用正交实验设计方法考察了固体催化剂成型过程中诸因素（包含预密致比例、煅烧时间、煅烧温度和石墨含量等）对催化剂成型体强度的影响，并对成型条件进行了优化；根据实验结果，关联确定了固体催化剂成型过程中的密度－压力关系式，并对方程中诸因子的物理意义进行了描述；提出了一种利用宏观弹性模量来表征成型催化剂的力学性质的方法；研究讨论了成型压力对催化剂成型体强度性质的影响，结果表明：对于催化剂成型体的强度和比表面性质，成型压力存在着一个最佳值，过高的成型压力会导致比表面积和侧压强度的降低；不适当的成型压力的维持时间会破坏&压力回弹&作用，造成催化剂成型体的机械强度明显降低。

Methods:(1) Silica column chromatography and LH-20 were used in phytochemistry study.(2) Based on the extraction ratio of arctiin, the best extraction procedure was acheived under the direction of L9(34) orthogonal experimental design. From 10 types of resins, the one with the maximal binding ability for Arctii was selected and silica-column choramatograpy was used in its seperation and purification procedure.(3) The animal diabetic experimental model in Wistar rats was established with streptozotocin and many biochemical factors were used to indicate the pharmacological effects of arctiin, including glycosylated hemoglobin, serum creatinine, seralbumin, monoxide nitrogen, glycerin trilaurate, cholesterol, HDL-ch, LDL-ch, Blood urea nitrogen, creatinine, SOD, ET, MDA, total Urine protein and albuminuria.

(1)采用硅胶柱层析、聚酰胺层析、LH-20等方法对牛蒡子的化学成分进行研究；(2)采用正交实验设计方法，以牛蒡子苷为指标，确定了牛蒡子乙醇回流提取的最佳工艺；对10种类型大孔吸附树脂进行筛选，筛选出对牛蒡子苷吸附效果最佳的树脂；采用硅胶柱层析法，对牛蒡子苷进一步分离纯化；(3)建立实验性糖尿病大鼠模型，以GLU、TC、TG、HDL-ch、LDL-ch、TB、ALB、BUN、CREA、GHbAlc、NO、SOD、ET、MDA和尿液中TB、ALB为指标，研究牛蒡子苷药理活性；(4)以差速消化法纯化Wistar大鼠的主动脉内皮细胞并进行传代培养，测定牛蒡子苷对高糖条件下RAECs活性、RAECs释放LDH、MDA和NO的变化以及RAECs表达内皮型一氧化氮合酶表达的影响。

http：//www.44dx.com 目的观察维拉帕米(verapamil，ver)对眼后节穿通伤增生性玻璃体视网膜病变(proliferative vitreoretinopathy，pvr)的影响。方法64只青紫蓝兔，每只兔任选其中一只眼制备外伤性pvr模型后随机分为两组，治疗组在模型制备后立即每日结膜下注射2.5 mg/ml的ver0.5ml，对照组则每日结膜下注射生理盐水0.5ml，共21天。模型制备后7天内每天用裂隙灯显微镜及间接立体检眼镜观察伤口、角膜、前房及眼底情况，此后每周第3，7天各检查1次。伤后第35天时常规摘除模型制备眼作光镜观察。

At last the paper realized the advantages and disadvantages of passive solar building and adnvanced some suggestions in future research. From another point, the paper logged the process of the building of the experimental equipment and the mounting of the measurement equipments that accumulated some operating experimence.Carrying experiments, calculating and analyzing the experimental data for more than 2 years, the paper gained some constructive conclusions. In winter the indoor air temperature and RH are lower than comfort criteria, but people feels very comfortable in the passive solar house. The thermo-circulation formed by Trombe wall play an important role in improving indoor air temperature and RH. Based on the analogy analysis theory, the natural convection heat transfer in the air gap can be treated as superposition of two natural convection heat transfer processes occurring over isolated isothermal vertical flat plate, in this case namely the massive wall and glazing. Two empirical formulas for Q and Nu are obtained. The investigation shows that the optimal time to open the damper should comply with the period that the thermo-circulation happens which can be controlled by thermal response characteristics of Trombe wall surface temperature and air temperature in the air gap.

经过两年多的实测和计算，根据传热学、流体力学、统计学等学科的基础理论，对大量数据进行整理归类、分析讨论，主要得到如下结论：(1)冬季，含有特朗贝墙体的被动式太阳房室内热湿环境较舒适性标准偏低，但人体感觉比较舒适，特朗贝墙体形成的热循环通风在调节室内温度和相对湿度方面起到很大的作用；(2)特朗贝墙体空气间层自然对流可以看作是两个等温独立大平板的自然对流换热过程的叠加，通过与大平板自然对流理论类比获得了计算热循环过程中对流换热量的经验公式；(3)特朗贝墙体通风口的启闭可以根据玻璃幕墙内壁面温度、蓄热墙体外壁面温度和空气间层进出口空气温度之间的关系来进行控制，从而有效地阻挡冬季冷循环的发生；(4)夏季，如没有有效的通风降温措施，被动式太阳房内会产生明显的过热。

During this research, many persons become the object of study. Investigation is conducted with 200 Grade One senior school students who are from No.1 Middle School of GanZhou, Yudu Middle School and No.1 Middle School of Yichun. 50 excellent teachers and 9 experts. With the support of a major research grant of Zhejiang Province (No. 001101027) and the Plan of Promoting Education of Excellence of Zhejiang University in the 21st Century, this dissertation is devoted to address the above problems and fabricate an L-band EDFA with low cost, high performance and technological innovation.First the mechanism of an erbium doped fiber amplifier is introduced. Various theoretical models based on classical rate propagation equations are summarized and compared for their applications. We use a modified numerical model based on the Giles model, which agrees with the experimental results well. This serves as the theoretical base for the whole thesis and will be used to optimize the characteristics of EDFAs. A novel method based on a map of noise figure and gain is proposed to analyze efficiently the dependence of the noise figure and gain for EDFAs on the EDF length and the pump power. The characteristics of various EDFAs are studied and compared.Secondly, some important parameters are introduced to describe the characteristics of EDFAs. The methods and the experimental setups for measuring the gain and noise figure of an EDFA are emphasized. We introduce how to measure the characteristics of each component of an EDFA, especially the gain and absorption coefficient of an erbium doped fiber.Thirdly, four types of simple and novel L-band EDFA structures with low noise, high gain and low gain ripple are proposed to satisfy the requirement of a DWDM system. They can be classified into two categories. In the first category, a single ASE pumping is served asa secondary pump. This category includes the following three types. Type: a new construction using a fiber Bragg grating in an unpumped EDF section at the input side. Type: a new structure of L-Band EDFA with two-stage pumps, which utilizes the forward ASE as a second pump.

本论文本着科技创新、服务于生产实践的精神，以设计价格低廉，性能优越、结构合理简单的L-band EDFA为目标，依托浙江省科技厅重大科学基金资助项目(001101027)和浙江大学振兴教育计划资助的全光网络的搭建—《光通信技术》课程实验建设项目，展开了如下工作：首先，介绍了掺铒光纤放大器的工作原理，归纳总结了基于速率方程基础的EDFA的各种理论模型，分析比较了各个模型的特点和适用场合，最终选择完善的Giles理论模型作为本论文分析设计EDFA的理论基础；针对实际实验条件提出了修正的EDFA模型的数值计算方法；创新地提出了增益—噪声系数全局分析法，直观有效地分析了EDFA的增益和噪声系数与掺铒光纤长度和泵浦功率的依赖关系，并对各种EDFA的性能作了全面的比较；第二，介绍了掺铒光纤放大器特性参数的定义与测量方法，重点介绍了噪声系数和增益系数的测量方法及实验装置；介绍了组成掺铒光纤放大器各组件的特性测量方法，重点介绍了测量掺铒光纤参数的方法和实验装置；第三，针对WDM系统对L-band EDFA谱平坦、低噪声、高增益的要求，我们创新地提出了四种不同的L-band EDFA结构，按设计思路可以分为两大类：一类是基于单抽运二级泵浦法，这一类包括在未泵浦掺铒光纤的输入端插入一根布拉格光纤光栅的两段L-band的EDFA的新结构；基于前向ASE光作为二级泵浦源推动下一级EDF工作的泵浦分配、两段级联L-band的EDFA的新结构；基于单根光纤光栅、泵浦分配、两段级联的EDFA；另一类则是基于同时应用前后向C-band ASE作二级泵浦源的双抽运法，如基于前后向ASE光作为二级泵浦源的三段级联L-band的EDFA的新结构。
