Basis to support this paper are very abundant. In theory there are evaluation of Scriven, constuctivism and multiple intelligence theory. Mostly act as a direction of building indexes' evaluation system; in practice, the researches of courseware evaluation methods that have been widely applied inside and outside our country to get very well practical evaluating method basis. Mostly we use multiple-parameters quantitative evaluation method which instructs evaluation methods in this paper. Most researches in this paper have two sides.

理论上，斯克里汶的评价观、建构主义理论和多元智力理论是三个强有力的依据，它们主要是在建立CAI课件评价指标体系时，起到指导作用；实践上，通过对国内外目前流行的课件评价方法的研究，获得实践性较好的评价方法依据，主要是多指标综合的量化评价方法对论文在评价方法上，起到指导作用。

Asset valuation of our country began later than western countries, although develops quickly, but compare with the developed countries it still exist many differences in above-mentioned aspects:Purpose of evaluation are limited, the main purpose of patent valuation in our country are for the patent property's cost amortisation, trade and investment, besides, neglecting the purpose of patent evaluation a service management and litigation;The application of evaluation theories are subjected to a limit, the method we commonly use is income method, the world well-known evaluation organizations pay more attention to a lately theoretical application;Evaluation standards are established lagard, on the countrary, the International Valuation Standards, The Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice and the European Valuation Standards were all established very early,and have already become a careful and reasonable structure system after emendations, but the valuation standards of China does't shows the relation between accounting standards now, demand of valuators' responsibility are too brief, having no restriction to definitude the type of value, and the regulation of valuation methods of Intangible Assets is not comprehensive;The lawmaking isn't complete, our country has no complete lawmaking to carry on rules and regulations to the non-cash's property, patent infringement control are inadequate, and excessively restrict patent property contributed form.

我国资产评估行业起步较晚，虽然发展迅速，但经比较研究发现，在上述方面与发达国家仍存在很大差异：评估目的相对狭窄，我国主要以专利资产成本摊销、交易和投资为目的进行评估，忽视了专利服务管理和诉讼为目的的评估；评估理论应用受限，我国主要应用收益法，世界知名评估机构更注重新理论的应用；评估准则制定落后，无论是国际评估准则、美国评估准则还是欧洲评估准则，都制定较早，并多次修订已形成严密的结构体系，而我国在评估准则中未体现与会计准则的关系，对评估师执业责任的要求过于简练，没有对价值类型加以明确，对无形资产评估方法的规范也不详细；立法不完善，我国没有相对完善的立法对非现金出资进行规制，对专利侵权控制力不够、专利出资形式限制过多。

In the study, research aims at setting up a suitable framework to assess the farmland wetland by introducing proper wetland evaluation technology. Here, a two-stage qualitative 'multiple value evaluation matrix' is proposed and practiced for the 'Eco-park' planning at Fubao wetland in Changhua. Those functions such as sustenance, socio-education and production are approaching to the positive evaluation. On the contrary, the impacts induced by improper restoration planning on normal function of wetland are considered as negative evaluation. There are 70 indicial elements altogether, including some critical-value elements with importance meaning to the sustainable development in wetland. They are enhanced their weigh to strengthen the unique characteristic of wetland.

本研究旨在建立一个合适於农田湿地型态之评价架构，引入适当之湿地评价技术配合评估，并建立定性之两阶段多元评价矩阵评价表格，在此选定彰化福宝湿地之生态园区计画作为案例演练对象，以湿地之永续、社教及生产功能为正向评价，并参考复育计划对湿地功能的影响为负向评价，共设有70项指标性要素，并对部份要素对湿地持续发展具重要性意义者予以纳入「关键价値」要素，加强其权重来突显该湿地之特性。

First of all, the evaluation system of hotel servicescape is composed of 11 key factors which are safety functions, socialized surroundings, ambient conditions, general functions, Internet facilities, upholstering levels, symbolic images, atmosphere of culture, spatial layouts, location, and architectures. Secondly, customer demands for function of physical is more exigent than demands for spiritual aesthetics. Thirdly, customers have the lowest satisfaction with formalistic imitations, Internet services and entironment of upholstering materials of luxury hotels in Taizhou. Fourthly, the customer satisfaction can be effectively increased by improving the hotels' socialized surroundings, general functions, Internet facilities and upholstering levels. Finally, the satisfaction and repurchasing desires of customers are influenced by general functions, upholstering levels, Internet facilities, socialized surroundings and symbolic images.

通过实证分析，本文得出了五个基本结论：(1)饭店服务环境评价体系由11个关键要素组成，包括：安全功能、社会化环境、潜在环境、基本功能、网络功能、装修水准、符号标志、文化氛围、空间布局、地理环境和饭店建筑；(2)顾客对实用物质功能性的需求比精神审美的需求迫切；(3)顾客对饭店建筑的简单模仿、网络功能的服务提供、装修材料的环保等方面最不满意：(4)社会化环境、基本功能、网络功能、装修水准等4个要素的改善将有效提高顾客的满意度；(5)影响顾客满意与重购意愿的5个要素是基本功能、装修水准、网络功能、社会化环境以及符号标志。

For some special cases, the paper gives some important identical theorems, and then establishes a valuable relation between the uniformly almost periodic functions and the trigonometric polynomials.Secondly, on the basis of the identical theorem, the paper investigates the Fourier series of the uniformly B2 almost periodic functions, and further proves that the series is unique.Thirdly, the paper discusses the Parseval equation of the uniformly B2 almost periodic functions, which establishes the relation between these functions and the coefficients of their Fourier series; and next investigates an important approximation theorem-Riesc-Fischer theorem, about the uniformly B2 almost periodic functions and the trigonometric polynomials.

In the fourth chapter, firstly it introduces the Boolean functions algebraic expressions of the 2-value clock-controlled stop-and-go generator and Gunther generator. It reveals the balanced property of the two kinds of Boolean functions, and studies the Walsh cycle spectrum and the autocorrelation function. It also obtains the coincidence rate of their output sequences with affine sum of some bits of input sequences, and analyzes their ability of resisting the best affine approximation cryptanalysis and differential cryptanalysis. Secondly, we properly present a new definition of the Best Affine Approximation, namely BAA on the Boolean vector functions, followed by the spectral characteristic of such defined BAA attacks through using the decomposition formula of the union distribution for random variables. A lower bound of such BAA attacks is proposed. Finally, we also study the spectral characteristic of the second kind of nonlinearity of Boolean vector functions, followed by a higher bound of such nonlinearity. Furthermore, the limited relationship between the second kind of nonlinearity of Boolean vector functions and the linear structure of the linear combination of every component is analyzed.

Basing on the limitation analysis of single enterprise evaluation index of supply chain, this paper describes the characteristics, the design principle and function of the supply chain index system, establishes the evaluation index system, then uses level analytic approach to decide the weight of each evaluation index. finally it uses fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to study enterprise performance from the perspective of quantitative research and gives the measurement process.

本文在对供应链上单个企业的绩效评价指标的局限性的分析基础上，阐述了供应链指标体系作用及设计原则，并构建了供应链绩效评价指标体系，同时利用层次分析法确定各指标的权重，最后运用模糊综合评价方法从定量的角度对企业绩效评价方法进行研究，并给出评价过程。
