After a study on Chinese financial practice, we find that though Chinese banking system has high cost and low efficiency, one side, Chinese security market has very low efficiency to overcome asymmetric information and has many unsolved problems in short term that brings very high additional cost, so security market is not a good system to substitute the Chinese banking system and must develop after these problems are solved, on the other hand, the cost of Chinese banking system is mainly exogenously produced, the experiences of western commercial banking practice and the joint-stock reform in some Chinese banks have proved that the efficiency of Chinese banking system can be improved. So one of our conclusions is that China should emphases on the reform and development of the banking system.
一方面,本文通过对中国证券市场的进一步分析,发现中国证券市场制度设计上存在严重不合理,短期内仍然缺乏合适的生存环境,这也导致其过去十多年的超常规发展中不仅具有低的效率,而且形成了许多短期内难以克服的缺陷,这充分表明证券市场不应成为我国金融体系短期内的重点方向,证券市场未来的进一步发展必须以这些问题和缺陷的解决为前提;另一方面,进一步的分析表明,我国银行业目前的巨大成本主要为外生,同时,对西方发达国家银行业发展和我国银行股份制改革的经验总结表明,只要在一定的条件下,银行业的效率完全可以有效提高,因而,中短期内我国应重点对银行业进行改革和发展,尤其是要加快银行业的股份制改革进程。

Ant routing use Swarm-Intelligence for route discovery and also have multi-paths for backup and balance. However, the efficiency of ant routing can more and more go down in large-scale mobile ad hoc networks. For solving such condition, improving the efficiency of ant routing, this research proposes the algorithm that combines both the GRID and ant routing, called grid-based ant routing algorithm. GARA can improve efficiency of ant routing in large-scale mobile ad hoc networks.

The results show that Sb addition can diminish the crystal grain, but the content of segregative phase at crystal boundary increases, and the current efficiency of material is low. Compared with Sb addition, Sn addition can also diminish the crystal grain, the current efficiency increases, the content of segregative phase at crystal boundary reduces, but diffusional corrosion of the anode surface is not uniform. The cooperation of Sb and Sn can prevent Si from segregating effectively and enhance the current efficiency obviously. At the same time, anode materials have preferable surface dissolution characteristics.

Based on a computing model of floor heating residences, indoor thermal environment and heat distribution under the effect of heat charge/discharge, operation control and solar radiation has been concluded. Concept and formula of equivalent heat supply has been put forward which indicate that actual heat supply will be equal to the sum of design heat supply and equivalent heat supply. Recommend coefficient has been given taken Dalian as an example. Computed according to the new method, design heat supply can be reduced to 37% in cloudy day and 43.3% in sunny day, energy saving effect is very obvious. In Tromb wall solar house, effect of concrete wall on indoor temperature swing and attenuation of temperature wave is very obvious. While the outdoor air-temperature swing exceeds 10℃, indoor air-temperature swing belows 3℃. In the experiment, maximal difference in temperature between inner surface and outer surface of the 300mm wall exceeded 10℃. Heat storage and collector efficiency varies adversely according to solar radiation. Factors such as thickness, material, absorptance of the wall and permeation of the glass cover all have big influence on heat storage and collector efficiency. There exsisted an optimal thickness of the wall, which can make the best of heat storage and collector efficiency. Most of the heat stored in conventional Trombe wall during the daytime has been lost to the outside at night without heat preservation. Heat preservation on the outside surface of the wall has effectively improved heat release performance of the wall at night, heat supply to the room has increased too.

And the model of distance relationship, direction relationship and the bounding for spatial object are discussed. Then the method is presented about how to implement the query of distance-direction semi-join, and the efficiency of the algorithm based on multi-approximate index is compared with that based on taditional external approximation index.
