Results The UV-B treatment caused the declines of chlorophyll content, soluble protein content and water content of leaves, besides, dose-effect was existed. The decline of 30 μW/cm^2 treatment was bigger than that of 15 μW/cm^2 treatment. The influences of UV-B radiation on carotenoid content and anthocyanidin content were similar; the change trends were declined firstly then increased. The UV-B treatment with two doses restrained the electron transport of PSⅡ, particularly; the inhibitory effect was biggest after treated 2h, and then this effect was declined in 4, 6 and 8 h, so the dose-effect was existed. The UV-B radiation with two doses restricted photosynthetic rate and the inhibitory effect increased with the increase of treatment time. The high dose treatment caused huge damage to membrane system, while the result of low dose treatment was not obvious.

对2007年1 256例怀疑感染uu或ct的患者和不孕不育症患者标本检测。结果：149例前列腺标本中uu阳性率为42.3%(63/149)、136例前列腺标本ct阳性率为19.9%(27/136)；361例尿道分泌物uu阳性率为21.1%(76/361)、346例尿道分泌物ct阳性率为10.4%(36/346)；141例精液uu阳性率为11.3%(16/141)、123例精液ct阳性率为7.3%(9/123)。结论：三种标本的uu、ct阳性率相差显著，p.005。前列腺标本检测的阳性率明显高于尿道分泌物标本，精液检测的阳性率最低。不同类型的标本检测的uu、ct的结果有很大的差异，送检的标本最好是前列腺液。

By detecting the 〓 content of ventricular single myocyte using fluorescent probe Fluo-3/AM, results correspond to that done above, L-THP decreased 〓 content inside of cell significantly. Using whole-cell mode, we observed the effect of L-THP on Ica in ventricular single cell, it was found that L-THP decreased Ica, the effect increased with increasing it's dose, and had voltage, frequency-dependency. Dose highly corelated to effect, corelative constant is 0.87. When washing cell with normal tyre's solution, Ica could recover, which proved the blocked action of L-THP on calcium channel once again. Meanwhile, L-THP reduced production of MDA in heart injured by ISO in dose-dependent manner, improved content of GSH-Px, in case tissue or cell free from free radical damage.

objective the effects of anthocyanin pigment from maize purple plant on resisting lipid peroxidation were investigated.methods the inhibition of anthocanin pigment from maize purple plant was examined in vitro that autcoxudation of lecithin liposome system induced by fe2+.50 mice were randomly divided into 5 groups.vehicle and different dose anthocyanin pigment from maize purple plant were given respectively,and then experimental injury of mice liver was induced to make use of bromobenzene and the content of mda was determined in liver homogenate.results the inhibition rates of anthocyanin pigment from maize purple plant on linoleic acid oxidation was higher that of ascorbic ascorbic acids.the content of mda in homogenate in middle and high dose of pigment were significantly lower than that in low dose and the injured control group.there were no significat differences in the content of mda in homogenate between low dose group and injury control group.conclusion the anthocyanin pigment from maize purple plant have the capability to resist lipid peroxide.
