Base on the data, we get the effectiveness of the SBR system to the people of different classification, such as age, income and education etc. The results indicated that the most effective and acceptable safety-belt reminder system concept was one that was adaptive, that is, one that changes its signal type and presentation modality depending on belt use behavior over some metric. Ultimately, base on the fatal data of passenger car driver in the traffic accident of our country and the relationship of the safety belt use rate between the dead driver and the rate in our research, we got the number of life that can be saved in the traffic accident when the SBR system was used, and then the economic losing related was calculated.
