The main content of the dissertation is designing and realizing the total scheme and frame of system software. To fulfill the need of the application of RP technique in medical domain, reverse CAD modeling from medical cross sections is systematically studied in this dissertation. Firstly, Some algorithms related to the research of this dissertation are studied. New algorithms for orientation and inclusion test for simple polygon, an error constrained automatic faring algorithm for B-spline curve and a theorem regarding the termination criterion for subdivision of triangular Bézier patch are proposed. Then based on similarity between contours of adjacent sections, a methodology for surface reconstruction from cross sections is presented. Finally, a virtual measuring method is proposed.

本文针对RP技术在医学领域应用的需要，系统研究了基于医学断层轮廓数据的反求CAD建模理论和方法：(1)在基础算法研究部分，提出了简单多边形方向及点在多边形内外判断的新方法、三角Bézier曲面片离散的误差控制定理和一种带误差约束的B样条曲线的自动光顺方法；(2)提出了一种基于相邻层轮廓相似性的医学断层轮廓数据曲面重构方法；(3)提出了一种称为"虚拟测量"的曲面模型处理方法。

This dissertation analyzes mainly on the theories of strategic plan in colleges and universities of such classification: 1 being in the charge of provincial government and invested mostly by either provincial or municipal government; 2 serving for the municipality which the investment comes from and the areas around; 3 Bachelor-oriented higher education; 4 profession-oriented higher education, and graduates'vocational selection tends towards the practical areas of technology application; 5 Students are mostly native. The simulative model of temperature field and stress field in concrete , Heat and moisture coupling、Parallel simulative calculation of concrete with water pipe cooling、 Parallel feedback analysis of thermal characteristic parameters, and stress intensity factor of induced joint, which are the sixty-four-dollar questions, are studied in this dissertation. The main contents of this dissertation are as follows:(1)Based on the past and current research work, the calculation theory of the transient temperature field and creep stress field of mass concrete which self temperature influence is considered is deduced. The couple effect between the temperature field and humidity field of concrete, is considered on the basis of conservation law of water and energy, and the coupled formulation which coefficient is not constant of the heat and moisture in concrete is deduced. The calculation theory and model which is theoretically strict for solution to thermal problem in concrete with water-cooling pipes are recommended.

本文主要针对混凝土的温度场应力场仿真计算模型、热湿耦合、水管冷却问题的并行仿真、混凝土温度参数并行反演分析以及诱导缝应力强度因子计算等混凝土大坝温度应力数值仿真的关键技术进行了较为深入的研究，全文主要内容如下：(1)在现有研究基础上，推导了考虑自身温度影响的混凝土非稳定温度场和徐变应力场的计算理论；基于水分质量守恒和能量守恒原理考虑混凝土温度场和湿度场的耦合作用，推导了混凝土的变系数热湿耦合方程，并建立了相应的计算模型；引用严密的水管冷却混凝土温度场的计算理论和计算模型，比较了两种简化计算方法用于水管冷却混凝土仿真计算的不足。

On this basis, the dissertation looks back into jurisdiction foundation with a view of historical development. By a comparison between American and European jurisdiction models, the dissertation believes the jurisdiction foundation develops from traditional territorial system to contacts theory. It is the continuous sublation of jurisdiction rule in order to suit social development, and the way out for the problem of the jurisdiction of electronic commerce's cases.
