The composition of the dissertation is arranged with five chapters.Chapter One is the legal expounding for the course o...f securities exchange. From a new perspective of contract law and reviewing the development of securities exchange system, the dissertation explores the whole process of securities exchanging on the basis of the introduction of the basic course of securities exchange in our nation and veining from contracting to performing, then it points out that the legal nature of the securities exchanging course is a special commercial sales contract which sets the securities as the object, so the analysis of this chapter provides a technical platform for the following analysis.

Linking up temporal-spatial characteristicswith landscape indices while combining mathematics model and Geo-informatic TUPUmodel, this dissertation puts forward the fundamental frame: temporal-spatial evolvementpattern, spatial extension process analysis and landscape characteristics analysis of salinizedland. Temporal-spatial evolvement pattern analysis extracts the essential quantity features andtransformation modes of salinized land, and also analyzes patches spatial geometricalparameters scale feature; spatial extending process analysis discusses the change rate andecological modes; landscape feature analysis utilizes landscape graphics indices to describesalinized land microcosmic graphics features and changes.

信息图谱模型为土地盐碱化研究提供了一种谱系化、定量化与定位化相结合的研究方法，本文选取吉林省西部盐碱化典型区域长岭县、镇赉县、大安市作为研究区，以遥感影像为基础数据，在GIS技术支持下，从时空变化、尺度效应、景观特征等多个角度对盐碱化土地进行图形运算、空间分析，通过不拘一格的数字化图形、曲线系列抽象表达出不同维度上的特征与规律，探讨土地盐碱化过程的多维性与复杂性，将盐碱化土地时空特征与景观特征衔接、数学模型与图谱模型结合，以盐碱化土地时空演变基本模式、空间扩展过程和景观特征分析为框架构建盐碱化土地信息图谱模型研究体系，发挥图谱模型数据挖掘、知识发现的特长，将宏观动态变化与微观特征相联系，进一步挖掘土地盐碱化过程与人类活动影响的关系，为探索研究区盐碱化土地成因、过程，预测其未来发展变化趋势及其对环境影响提供相关科学依据。

In this dissertation, the author first reduces the amount of computation and improves the transform speed by ameliorating the geometric angle-direction search methods. According to HVS properties that human eyes are not sensitive to the change of image's textures and edges, the dissertation proposes a digital watermarking algorithm based on HVS in improved Bandelet domain.

The computational complexity has been reduced about 5 times over against the original one. Moreover, the interpolation and quantization processing of CW is more reasonable; 2. A secondary power normalization algorithm is proposed in this dissertation. This normalization algorithm ensures that the energy sum of SEW and REW is 1. So, the energy ratio of SEW and REW can be achieved only by using SEW energy. This ratio is applied in REW quantization and CW composition; 3. For more efficient quantization for Slowly Evolving Waveform magnitude, Rapidly Evolving Waveform magnitude and power parameters, firstly, by applying the Equivalent Rectangular Bandwidth theory, classifiable multi-codebooks method, analysis-by-synthesis approach and so on, a predictive AbS multi-codebooks SEW magnitude quantization scheme is proposed. In the scheme, pitch information is exploited to determine which codebook is searched; secondly, for REW magnitude quantization, this dissertation proposed a DCT-matrix multi-codebooks quantization scheme. The classification in muti-codebooks is based on pitch and quantized SEW power. The multi-codebooks structure may offer more the information in quantization and solve the problem of the bit requirement limits in quantization by consuming some extra storage space; Furthermore, for the switch quantization of CW gain, a new classified parameter is proposed.

本文的主要贡献体现为如下几方面：一、为了减少WI模型的计算复杂度，提出了基于快速傅立叶变换、三次B样条插值和周期延拓技术的特征波形(Characteristic Waveform，CW)表示和对齐的快速算法，与原方法相比，计算量下降到原方法的1/5，同时也使得CW在插值和量化时更合理；二、为了严格保证SEW与REW的能量和为1，提出了一种特征波形的二次功率归一化算法，仅需要SEW能量就可以算出二者的能量比，并可应用到后续的REW的分类量化和CW合成中；三、为了对慢渐变波形(Slowly Evolving Waveform，SEW)幅度、快渐变波形(Rapidly Evolving Waveform，REW)幅度和特征波形功率进行有效量化，本文首先采用临界频带理论、分析合成技术、感觉加权技术以及预测式矢量量化技术，提出了一种基于基音周期分类的SEW分析合成预测式多码书量化方法；其次，本文根据基音和量化后SEW的功率信息对REW幅度进行分类，提出了一种基于离散余弦变换的REW矩阵多码书量化方法。

The dissertation has summarized the historical experience of our army competitions on wide research, analyzed roundly the requirement of the"Two Competitions"comprehensive evaluation system.
