This paper, through comprehensive analysis, deals with the problems in joint venture school cooperation in southern Jiangsus secondary schools by studying the background and current situation of the joint venture school cooperation, special topic survey, questionnaires and interviews. The problems are: 1. a small number of schools lay too much emphasis on benthamism; 2. overseas curriculum is introduced without digestion; 3. the joint venture cooperation in vocational schools is not accustomed to the local need; 4. many difficulties exist for a smooth connection with domestic and/or overseas college enrollment.

Many of the issues, which arise in teaching practice, are closely related with the imperfect teachers' qualities. The universal problems of primary-school teachers are the deficiencies of advanced educational theoretical knowledge and scientific research ability, the outdated knowledge structure, the inadaptation to the need of quality-oriented education, the low ability level of computer , English and employing modern educational technique, the lack of comprehensive ability, especially comprehensive liberal arts and comprehensive science, and the great difficulty in establishing selective courses and activity courses.

After discussing and analyzing these above conclusions, we put forward some pointed countermeasures: expedite the educational reforms, improve chemistry academic motivation of the high school students; change the concepts of education and culture in a practical way, raise and stimulate female students" chemistry academic motivation; follow the law of high school students" law of somatopsychic development, put forward innovative strategies to raise and stimulate students" chemistry academic motivation; try to rise students" chemical academic record,promote middling students optimize and poor students convert; try to alleviate the students" pressure, promote the comprehensive development of the students; make overall plans and take all factors into consideration, enhance the high school students" chemistry academic motivation all sidedly.

本研究在对以上结论讨论与分析的基础上提出了有针对性的建议：加快推进教育改革，进一步提高中学生化学学习动机；切实转变教育观念，培养和激发女生的化学学习动机；尊重中学生的身心发展规律，提出创新性的培养和激发策略；努力提高中学生化学学习成绩，促进中等生优化和差生转换；努力缓解学生压力，促进学生全面发展；统筹考虑多个因素，全面提高中学生化学学习动机。

With the development of new curriculum reform, in order to have a better implement on inquiry teaching in general middle school physics class, we investigated on practice implement status in quo in Chongqing No 48 junior middle school physics class by using case study ,comprehensive using different methods such as interview, questionnaire, class observation and literature analysis.
