The reaction performance of Pt-Sn-Li/Al_2O3/FeCrAl catalyst was measured,and the properties of the catalyst were characterized.It was found that reaction temperature,LHSV and the molar ratio of hydrogen to alkane have greatly affected on the catalytic performance of the Pt-Sn-Li/Al_2O_3/FeCrAl catalyst.Under a set of optimal reaction conditions,at 0.1 MPa,470℃,the molar ratio of hydrogen to alkane of 4 and LHSV of 0.14 mL·m~(-2)·h~(-1),the dodecane conversion is 6%,and the dodecene selectivity is about 72%.

结果表明：工业催化剂的催化性能比至今实验室制备的γ-Al_2O_3和SBA-15颗粒负载型颗粒状催化剂的性能好；反应温度、液时空速和氢烃摩尔比对Pt-Sn-Li/Al_2O_3/FeCrAl金属基整体式催化剂脱氢性能都有重要影响，最适宜的反应条件是压力为0.1 MPa，反应温度为470℃，进料氢烃摩尔比为4和LHSV为0.14 mL·m~(-2)·h~(-1)，此时十二烷的转化率约为6%，十二烯的选择性约为72%；活性组分涂层与金属基体结合良好。

The kinetic behaviors of ethylene homo- olymerization and ethylene / l-hexene co-polymerization , catalyzed by the metallocene catalyst PS-DVB-MC in an 0.5 L stainless steel reactor , were studied. The effects of polymerization conditions on ethylene polymerization , such as concentration of catalyst , temperature of polymerization , pressure of ethylene , molar ratio of AI / Z r , etc ., were also investigated . Some leading results were as follows : the activity of the catalyst PS–DVB- MC for ethylene homo-polymerization was high ( 1.053 x 107 gPE / mol Zr·h ), but the molar ratio of AI / Zr was low ( 350:1 ); the catalytic ability for ethyleneα-olefin ( such as l hexene etc .) co-olymerization was great , and the corresponding activity come up to a maximum of 1.753 x 107 gPE / mol Zr·h while concenlration of l-hexene was 0.080 mol / L ; the molecular weight of polyethylene was about 180,000 , meanwhile the molecular weight distribution was narrow ( 2.19 ); the bulk density of polyethylene and ethylene / l-hexene co -polymer were 0.25 and 0.34 respectively .

Synthesis of biodiesel by transesterification of rapeseed oil and methanol catalyzed by KOH/Al2O3 solid base was studied. The catalyst was prepared by isochoric impregnation. Effects of some factors on the transesterification were investigated systematically and reaction conditions were optimized. The optimum reaction conditions on KOH/Al2O3 catalyst were: mass ratio of KOH to Al2O3 20%; calcination temperature 400℃ for 5h; molar ratio of methanol to oil 12:1, the amount of catalyst 5wt%; reaction temperature 60℃ and reaction time 2h.
