AIM: To study the effects of basic fibrolast growth factor on the proliferation of lymphokine activated killer cells from patients with bladder cancer and LAK cells cytolysis against bladder tumor cells.

Results:1、Three distinct bladder mucosa patterns were seen:normal mucosa and wall,but the urine was light-echogenic;the mucosa and wall thickened with enhanced echoes and irregular mucosa;local mucosa thickened in rhomb or flat figure.2、The bladder wall diffusively thickened or somewhere,three layers of the wall clear or obscure.3、Some echoes spots floating in the urine.

结果：1、膀胱粘膜图像可分为三类：A、粘膜未见确切异常回声，但尿液有漂移光点；B、粘膜弥漫性增厚，回声增强，粗糙不光滑呈细颗粒状、断续状表现；C、粘膜局灶性增厚呈棱形或扁平状；2、膀胱壁回声可正常，弥漫性增厚或局灶性增厚，三层结构可辨，基本可辨或分辨较差；3、尿液内出现不同程度的光点透声。

Results 1978 cases are successful only by one electrocauterization therapy,cure rate is 98.9%.Because of being cut off incompletely,8 cases are relieved the symptoms after receive the treatment of electrocauterization again.14 cases are validated respectively as bladder neck obstruction or bladder detrusor-urethral internal sphincter dyssynergia and treated accordingly.

结果 1978例1次电灼成功，治愈率98.9%。3例因去除不完全而第2次电灼解除症状，19例失败，进一步检查证实为膀胱出口梗阻，膀胱逼尿肌-尿道内括约肌协同功能失调，做了相应处理。
