The results can explanation some sporadic measurements of OH airglow and can provide a good indication for studying the characteristic of nonlinear gravity wave by using OH airglow measurement.

The results are as follows: 1 mean length and weight tend to increase while dominant length and weight groups are noted to be increasing from Oct. 2004 to Sep. 2007; 2 by using length-weight formula, calculated weight value at the same length is higher for track-data than that for background-data; 3 growth parameters of L∞, W∞ and K respectively increase from 140.5 mm, 36.5 g and 0.28 a-1 to 186.0 mm, 118.5 g and 0.36 a-1 after artificial reef deployment; 4 appreciable increases are noted in body length and weight growth rate after artificial reef deployment, and inflexion age of weight growth increases from 2.55 to 2.58 years after artificial reef deployment; 5 there is an increase in critical biomass age from 3.21 to 3.77 years after artificial reef deployment; 6 there is a decrease in total instantaneous population mortality from 1.065 to 0.75 per year after artificial reef deployment; and 7 the overall population biomass of small yellow croaker stands at 131.5 tons.

In this dissertation, many works have been done on the basis of the summarization of the merits of all kinds of meshless methods after a large number of relevant references are read and studied. The basic ideas, principles of meshless methods and their development in the recent years are introduced synoptically. Applications of Element-free Galerkin method in elastic foundation plate are studied deeply and some useful conclusions are obtained as follows:(1) Comparisons between numerical solutions and analytical solutions for several different styles of weight functions, including Gaussian weight function, spline weight function and singular weight function etc, are performed. The results show that Gaussian weight function is the best one.(2) Ranges of relevant parameters for Gaussian weight function are given.(3) Influences of nodal distribution schemes and the number of Gaussian integrated dots on computational results are discussed.

The program of AER+RES was similar to AER, but went through resistance exercise 20min in base section of every exercise trail.Result: Prior to intervention, adiponectin levels were significantly correlated with BMI、 WHR、 COS、 LN、 LN、 TG、 LG10、 LN、 weight、 waist、 FM、%F, and leptin levels were significantly correlated with BMI、 WHR 、 LN 、 LN 、 TG 、 HDL-C 、 LG10、 apoB 、 apoA1/apoB、 waist、 F1M、%F. Stepwise multiple regression analysis revealed that LG10; COS and waist was an predictor of basal adiponectin levels , and %F,apoB and WHR was an predictor of basal leptin levels. In early obesity, adiponectin and leptin can be worsened , along with the changed of body component, fasting plasm glucose and lipid accumulation. After intervention, both group were significantly reduction in FM,%F,weight, WHR,FPG and TG, while HDL-C had significantly increased.AER exhibited significant in leptin, while AER+RES did not show the change. Insulin and HOMA-IR were changed in both groups. The control group exhibited no significant change in any variables. Although adiponectin levels were unchanged in the three groups, a significant negativecorrelation between delta %F, delta WHR and delta FPG was observed. Futhermore, if compare the degree of delta weight, we fought a significant increased in adiponectin between the group of delta weight higher (=3kg) than delta weight lower(=0kg), delta %F, delta WHR and delta weight were significant negative correlation with delta leptin.
