We investigate phenomenologically effects of the flavor-dependent quarkonia annihilation on the meson-meson mixing, and find that corrections due to the flavor-dependent quarknoia annihilation can be described by the constituent quark masses in the mixing model which holds for all the meson nonet. We also study the relation between Regge trajectory and meson spectrum, and therefore concluded that the quasi-linear Regge trajectory with the requirements of additivity of intercepts and inverse slopes can describe the meson spectroscopy with good accuracy, and it also holds for the radial excited mesons except for the bbbar mesons.

Results: The proliferation of Kasumi-l cell was obviously inhibited by VPA on dose- and time-dependent manner. The IC50 was 2.33 mmol/L treated with VPA for 72 h. Incubation with VPA, the cell ratio at G0/C1 phase increased. VPA induced myeloid cell differentiation antigen CD11b to increase with a time-and dose-dependent way and caused apoptosis. Wright's staining and light microscope were used to show the morphology of partial differentiation and obvious apoptosis with 3 mmol/L VPA for 72 hours. The typical DNA ladder of apoptosis characteristic was observed with DNA gel electrophoresis.

结果：VPA能显著抑制Kasumi-1细胞的增殖，且呈剂量和时间依赖性，VPA处理Kasumi-1细胞72h时的半数抑制浓度(IC50)为2.33 mmol/L；VPA处理后，细胞周期检测G0/G1期细胞比例逐渐增高；VPA能诱导髓系分化抗原CD11b表达水平的阳性率升高，呈时间及剂量依赖性；VPA能诱导Kasumi-1细胞凋亡，Kasumi-l细胞经VPA3 mmol/L处理72h后，出现典型的凋亡细胞所具有的梯形DNA条带。

Results: Among 32 tested MNs, depolarizing responses(excitatory postsynaptic potential, EPSP) were elicited by cVLF stimulation in 21 MNs, hyperpolarizing response (inhibitory postsynaptic potential, IPSP) in 1 MN, and IPSP preceded by EPSP in 4 MNs. The cVLFEPSPs were stimulus intensity-dependent, and could be abolished by low Ca(superscript 2+)/high Mg(superscript 2+) solution. compared with iVLF-EPSPs, cVLF-EPSPs showed longer latency (P.001). The cVLF-IPSP presented with membrane potential-dependent property and was eliminated by the perfusion of picrotoxin (30 μmol/L) and strychnine (1.0 μmol/L).

Firstly, based on the method of pressure-velocity coupling introduced by SIMPLE algorithm and a revised method of solving the unsteady equation of stream function and vorticity on uniform grid, a special algorithm called primitive-variable-time-dependent approach is formed in the present study.
