Abstract］ objective to investigate the clinical featuremnursing and prognosis for cerebral infarction of aged people above 80 years old.methods selected 50 patients of aged people above 80 years old（maximun age 93）dured 2004 to 2006,who had been conformed cerebral infarction with mri or ct.results there were 38 patients improving and 11 patients died,who suffered from multi-focus of infection,large area and serious complication.conclusion aged people above 80 years old suffered from cerebral infarction with serious symptom,multi-complication and high mortality rate.

目的 探讨80岁以上老年人脑梗死的临床特点、护理及预后。方法取2004～2006年收治的50例80岁以上脑梗死患者（其中最大者93岁），均用头颅mri或ct证实。结果 50例中多数为多病灶、大面积和伴有并发症，治疗后好转38例、死亡11例。结论 80岁以上老年人患脑梗死后症状重、并发症多、死亡率高。

The results were as follows. In the insert mutation genotypes, there was significant difference between body weights of 2 weeks aged BB and AB genotype (P.05), while there was no significant difference between AA and other genotypes. In the mutation genotypes, there was no significant difference in body weight. Insert mutation loci had no significant effect on fossil bone length and shank length of 0-12 weeks aged chickens, only mutation loci had a significant effect on fossil bone length and shank length of 6 weeks aged chickens.

分析多态位点与0-12周龄鸡生长发育性状的关联性，结果表明：插入突变基因型中，2周龄鸡体重BB型与AB型差异显著(P.05)，但AA型与AB型和BB型差异均不显著，而突变各基因型间没有显著差异；插入突变位点对0-12周龄鸡的龙骨长、胫骨长均没有显著影响，而突变位点仅在鸡6周龄时表现出与龙骨长、胫骨长间的差异显著性。

In this thesis thecurrent situation and future of the aged has been analyzed mainly, seven characters werediscussed as followed: trend of aging phenomenon, high growing speed of this phenomenon,big absolute unit of population, un-equilibrium distribution in the whole country, low healthylevel, exceeding economic development. The influence on economy, society, family,psychology and so on had been discussed also. It pointed out the importance of stabilizing thebirth level, performing new trinity mode of providing for the aged by themselves, by thesociety and by their children, taking actions to delay the aging speed correspondingly andfulfilling elementary service for their health.

本文分析了我国人口老龄化的现状及发展趋势，讨论了我国人口老龄化速度快，绝对数大，分布不均衡，健康水平低，超越经济发展等七个特点，论述人口老龄化对我国经济、社会、家庭，心理等影响，提出要稳定生育水平，实行自身、社会、子女养老三位一体新模式，采取相对延缓老龄速度，实施老年初级健康服务等应对策略和对策。

Methods Two hundred and ninety seven middle-aged and aged females were sampled randomly from the cases who were examined in the bone mineral density measurement department of The Second Affiliated Hospital of Nanchang University from January 2004 to January 2006, and their age, stature and body weight were recorded exactly. The BMD of lumbar (L2~4), femoral neck, Ward's and great trochanter was measured by dual energy X-ray absorptiometer, then statistically analyzed.
