Applied with test of potted plant and measurement absorbency for study response of the contents of photosynthetic pigments of slash pine's half-sib under water stress. There are 7 families comparison with general slash pine. The contents of photosynthetic pigments are mensurated under feebleness water stress while soil water content is 55% to 60% and moderate water stress while soil water content is 35% to 40% and heavy water stress while soil water content is 20% to 25%. The test result indicate that either water grads or families of chlorophyll and chlorophyll a and chlorophyll b and Chla/Chlb and carotenoid and Caro/Chl are mighty notable difference. The Chl and Chla and Chlb and Chla/Chlb little drop from normal soil water to initial water stress. Then drop obvious with increased water stress. The Caro and Caro/Chl little drop firstly from normal soil water to initial water stress,then up in metaphase water stress,after drop in evening water stress. The Chl and Chla and Chlb and Chla/Chlb and Caro of slash pine'half-sib are over general slash pine. The Chl and Chla and Chlb and Chla/Chlb and Caro of 464 and 1027 are over average value of slash pine's half-sib under water stress. The Caro/Chl of 609 and 46 are over average value of slash pine's half-sib under water stress.

为研究湿地松半同胞家系光合色素对水分逆境的响应，采用盆栽试验和吸光度测定方法，以湿地松普通种子为对照，测定了七个湿地松优良半同胞家系在弱度水分胁迫（土壤相对含水量为55%~60%）、中度水分胁迫（土壤相对含水量为35%~40%）和强度水分胁迫（土壤相对含水量为20%~25%）条件下的光合色素，对湿地松优良半同胞家系在不同水分胁迫条件下的光合色素进行了研究，结果表明：无论是不同水分梯度还是不同家系水平，Chl、Chla、Chlb、Chla/Chlb、Caro、Caro/Chl均有极显著差异；从正常水分至水分胁迫初期Chl、Chla、Chlb、Chla/Chlb稍微下降，后随着水分胁迫程度的加深下降较快，从正常水分至水分胁迫初期Caro、Caro/Chl先稍微下降，胁迫中期上升，胁迫后期下降；所有半同胞家系的Chl、Chla、Chlb、Chla/Chlb、Caro高于普通种，在水分胁迫条件下家系464、1027的Chl、Chla、Chlb、Chla/Chlb、Caro高于家系的平均水平，家系609、46的Caro/Chl值高于家系的平均水平。

objective to compare four postoperative nasal packing materials.methods total 136 patients,80 cases with chronic sinus it is and under went endoscopic sinussurgery,were randomly packed using four different hae mostasis materials.in which,paraffin gauze group was 40 cases,rapid sorbalgon group 27 cases,merocel group 36 cases and gel knit group 31 cases.the packing materials wereemoved after left for 24 hours to 48 hours.the efficacy of nasal packing materials was asassessed interm of the levels of nasal pain or headache in the leaving period and nasal bleeding after removal of nasal packing.results the in cidence rate of nasal pain or headache respectively was 82.5% in paraffin gauze group,44.4% in merocel,11.1% in sorbalgon and 3.2% in gel knit.the significant statistical difference was observedbetween the four groups (χ2=70.21,p.01).the incidence rate of nasal bleeding after removed was 85%,11.1%,41.7% and 9.7% respectively.the statistical difference was also significant (χ2=54.28,p.01).conclusions the choosing of postoperative na sal packing after functional endoscopic sinus sur gey depends on various factors,gel knit has much advantages and can be used as routine packs after fess.

摘 要］目的：比较四种鼻腔填塞材料的疗效，指导临床选择合适的术后鼻内填塞物。方法：对134例慢性鼻窦炎分别采用凡士林纱条(40例)、藻酸钙纤维(sorbalgon，27例)、膨胀海绵(merocel，36例)和瑞纳凝胶快速止血材料(gel knit，31例)四种材料填塞鼻腔，24 h～48 h取出填塞物，根据填塞后鼻腔胀痛、头痛程度，取出填塞物后鼻腔出血程度等评价疗效。结果：凡士林纱条填塞组，82.5%有鼻腔胀痛或头痛；sorbalgon藻酸钙纤维组11.1%；merocel组44.4%；gel knit组3.2%，四组比较差异非常显著(χ2=70.21，p.01)。取出填塞物后鼻腔再出血分别为85%，11.1%，41.7%和9.7%，四组比较差异非常显著(χ2=54.28，p.01)。结论：鼻内镜手术时，应综合考虑诸方面因素合理选用术后填塞物。瑞纳优势较为全面，可作为鼻内镜手术的常规填塞材料。

objective: searching for the treatment which prevents the recurrence of the urinary bladder carcinoma after excision.method:according to the consequence of sensitive test ,we poured chemical medicine into artery before and after the operation ,injected mitomycin c into the tela submucosa after the excision of carcinoma during the operation and pour medicine into bladder regularly after operation.result:in all the 65 specimen group,60 got following investigation more than 3 years,the rate was 92.3%.and 4 recured in 19,27,37,43 months after operation.the rate of recurrence was 6.7%.

RESULTS: Of the 44 patients, 25 received adjuvant chemotherapy after operation; 1 received operation alone; 18 received induction chemotherapy. Of the 18 patients, 7 received tumor resection after chemotherapy; 2 patients with primary mediastinal chorioepithelioma with multiple metastases received radiotherapy on residual disease after chemotherapy; 1 patient with postoperative abdominal metastasis and 1 with postoperative lung metastasis achieved complete remission after chemotherapy; 1 patient with mediastinal sinus tumor achieved partial remission after chemotherapy; 6 had poor response to chemotherapy and died of disease progression.

结果：44例患者中，25例行术后辅助化疗；1例单纯手术；18例行诱导化疗，其中7例患者化疗后肿瘤缩小行手术切除，2例原发纵隔绒癌伴多发转移患者化疗后行残留病灶放疗，1例术后腹腔转移和1例术后肺转移患者化疗后获得完全缓解，1例原发纵隔内胚窦瘤化疗后部分缓解，未做进一步治疗，6例患者化疗无效进展死亡。
