In order to know the effects of mulch-drip irrigation on soil enzyme activities of saline-sodic soil with shallow water table, activities of alkaline phosphatase, urease, and invertase around the dripper, within 30 cm in horizontal direction and 40 cm in vertical direction from the dripper during the reclamation process, were investigated. Changes and distribution of soil enzyme activities, also their relationships with principal soil environment factors were studied.

为了解地下水浅埋区重度盐碱地覆膜滴灌对土壤酶活性的影响，测定了重度盐碱地在滴灌利用过程中距离滴头不同水平位置（0～30 cm）和垂直深度（0～40 cm）的土壤碱性磷酸酶、脲酶和蔗糖酶活性，并对土壤酶活性的变化、空间分布特征及与土壤环境因子之间的相关关系进行分析。

Effects of water stress on the level of reactive oxygen speciesand activities of antioxidant enzymes in the leaves of wheat(Triticum durum Desf.) seedlings were investigated.Water stress resulted in significant increase in the contents of O-.2,MDA and the activities of superoxide dismutase and ascorbate peroxidase in wheat leaves.However,the activities of glutathione reductase,catalase and the content of H2O2 were not changed obviously under water stress.

The results showed that the POD activity was higher in the sporophyll than that in the stems and leaves in which the POD activities were weak from bottom to top in native plant. For the Japanese plant, the POD activities of the stems and leaves were the same in all positions. However, the activity was slightly higher in mid-portion of a leaf than that in stems. The high enzyme activities were observed in mid-bottom stems in the half-bred plant, and the activity was higher in bottom leaf than that in mid-top leaf.

结果表明：3个裙带菜群体的POD同工酶其孢子叶活力都相对强于其它部位；日本裙带菜茎和叶的各部位POD酶活力相同，但叶中部的酶活力稍强于茎；自育裙带菜茎底部和茎中部的POD酶活力较强些，而叶底部的酶活力较叶中部和顶部的强；本地裙带菜的茎和叶由底部到顶部POD酶活力逐渐变弱。

RESULTS: Compared with NS control group, the ratio of HW/BW, LVW/BW and the content of hydroxyproline, AngⅡ, MDA and iNOS activity in the left ventricle were significantly increased. The cNOS, SOD, GSH-Px activities and NO content were obriously decreased in the ISO model group. After treatment with PNS, the left ventricular NO content, cNOS, SOD and GSH-Px activities were markedly higher than those in ISO model group. The content of MDA, AngⅡ and iNOS activities and the ratio of HW/BW, LVI were significantly lower than those in ISO model group.

结果：ISO模型组大鼠的HW/BW、LVI、左心室HyP、AngⅡ、MDA含量和诱生型NOS活性显著高于生理盐水对照组，SOD、GSH-Px及结构型NOS活性和NO含量明显比生理盐水对照组低；PNS治疗组左心室心肌组织中NO含量、cNOS、SOD和GSH-Px活性明显高于ISO模型组；MDA和AngⅡ含量及iNOS活性和心脏重量指数比ISO模型组低。
