The diagnosis of these three imaging methods was compared with each other and with the operation findings. The result shows that the fractures in body and angle part of mandibal could be shown excellently by all these imaging methods. 3D- CT is the best method in showing the mandibular fractures. Ordinary X- ray film is poor, and the accuracy of CT and 3D-CT is similar in showing the macxillary fractures.
