Methods :A retrospectively analysis of pirh 2 mRNA expression in 87 cases of stage I and II breast cancer, 27 cases of stage III and IV breast cancer was made, and 10 cases of fibroma tissue and 6 cases of normal lacteal gland tissue as control, all of which were from Department of Breast Surgery, XiangYa Hospital in recent 10 years.
