After seven days 七天后

He was quite tired so God said: 他很疲倦所以上帝说：

"Let there be a day “我们有那么一天

Just for picnics, with wine and bread" 只是野餐，用酒和面包“

He gathered up some people he had made 他聚集了一些人，他做了

Created blankets and laid back in the shade 创建毛毯和在树荫下悠闲

   

The people sipped their wine 人们喝着自己的酒

And what with God there, they asked him questions 什么上帝那里，他们问他问题

Like: do you have to eat 如：你有吃

Or get your hair cut in heaven? 或把自己的头发剪的天堂吗？

And if your eye got poked out in this life 如果你的眼睛得到探出这辈子

Would it be waiting up in heaven with your wife? 难道等着在天堂与你的妻子吗？

   

God shuffled his feet and glanced around at them; 神拖着他的脚扫了一眼四周，他们;

The people cleared their throats and stared right back at him 民清喉咙，盯着右后卫的他

   

So he said:"Once there was a boy 于是他说： “从前有一个男孩

Who woke up with blue hair 谁醒了蓝色的头发

To him it was a joy 对他来说是一种享受

Until he ran out into the warm air 直到他跑到外面的热空气

He thought of how his friends would come to see; 他认为，如何他的朋友会来看看;

And would they laugh, or had he got some strange disease? 而且他们会笑，还是他得到了一些奇怪的病？

The people sat waiting 人们坐着等

Out on their blankets in the garden 出对他们在花园里毛毯

But God said nothing 但上帝没有说什么

So someone asked him: "I beg your pardon: 所以，有人问他： “对不起：

I'm not quite clear about what you just spoke 我不是很清楚，你刚才讲什么

Was that a parable, or a very subtle joke?" 那是个比喻，或一个非常微妙的笑话吗？ “
