Methods:65 cases (110 eyes) were performed anti-glaucoma surgeries under subconjunctival anesthesia with 2% Lidocaine, contrast with 55 cases (96 eyes) under retrobulbar anesthesia.The anesthesia effect was analyzed and anesthetic technic was commended.

Result After Sumianxin was been fast to inject induced anesthesia by 0.05 ml/kg, ketamines by 20 mg/kg and propofol by 10 mg/kg was joined to 5% glucose solution 200 ml that was mainlined to maintenance anaesthesia. It might produce above 3 h ideal anaesthesia effect.

结果］以0.05ml/kg速眠新肌肉注射诱导麻醉后，再以20mg/kg异丙酚＋10mg/kg氯胺酮加入到5%葡萄糖溶液200ml进行静脉滴注维持麻醉，可以产生3h以上的理想麻醉效果。

If there were no signs and symptoms of spinal anesthesia or toxic systemic effect, 12ml 3% chloroprocaine hydrochloride or 2% lidocaine were given five minutes later. The onset times of cold free and pain free, the peak block height and it\'s onset time, the recovery times of pain and motor were recorded; vital signs (including BP,HR and SpO2) at the beginning of anesthesia and 5min,10min,15min,20min ,30min later were recorded, as well as the ephedrine consumption, oxytocin consumption, Apgar scores of newborn, satisfactory degree of uterine contraction and side effects.

以第二次给药作为起始时间点，记录麻醉起效时间，痛觉消失时间，最高阻滞平面及时间，痛觉恢复时间，运动恢复时间；评价手术肌松效果；记录麻醉前，麻醉后5min，10min，15min，20min，30min的血压，心率和SpO2；术中麻黄碱用量；新生儿出生1分钟，5分钟，10分钟的Apgar评分；缩宫素用量和子宫收缩情况以及不良事件的发生情况。

结果：E组病人硬膜外麻醉后LF、HF、LF+HF值均较基础值下降P 1后均较T0有所下降，以T3下降明显(P1后均较T0明显下降P1后各时段值均较T0值下降，以T2后明显(P1后各时段值均比A组相同时段值低P结论：中胸段硬膜外麻醉或复合全身麻醉均可影响心脏自主神经的张力，并且主要表现在反映心脏交感神经的LF值降低。

There were no significant difference in the respiratory rate, heart rates and temperatures among the three experimental groups. Conclusion Plateau pikas can be anesthetized with ketamine in a practical dosage from 22mg/kg to 44mg/kg by i.m. injection. Ketamine is safe and useful in anesthesia for plateau pikas.
