Activities of Aminopyrine N-demethylase, Ethoxycoumarin O-deethylase and Glutathione S-transferase in the hepatopancreas and gills of Fenneropenaeus chinensis were measured by UV spectrophotometry and fluorospectrophotometry. The effects on the activities of APND and ECOD、GST in the hepatopancreas and gills were studied following multi-oral baicalin.

Further bioinformatical analysis indicated that the three Y-box genes of lamprey, i.e., Lyb1, Lyb2, and Lyb3, encoded 331, 181, and 171 amino acids, respectively. The three amino acid sequences were homologically aligned with those from Ciona intestinalis, Danio rerio, Oryzias latipes, Takifugu rubripes, and Mus musculus by DNAMAN software.

In the present study, three Y-box cDNAs, named as Lyb1, Lyb2, and Lyb3, were cloned from the liver and oral gland of Japanese lamprey using reverse transcript-PCR and rapid amplification of cDNA ends techniques.

In this study, the malondialdehyde content, the glutathione peroxidase activity, and the superoxide dismutase activity in black porgy Sparus macrocephalus were determined after the acute exposure to TBTCl at the concentration of 4 and 20 μg·L-1. Results showed that TBTClinhibited the SOD activity in S.macrocephalus gill slightly , but there was an obvious promotion on the SOD activity in S.macrocephalus liver.

摘 要：观察和比较了黑鲷 Sparus macrocephalus 在不同浓度的氯化三丁基锡（tri-n-butyltin chloride，TBTCl）溶液中暴露后，其鳃和肝脏组织中超氧化物歧化酶（superoxide dismutase，SOD）活性、丙二醛（malondialdehyde，MDA）含量和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶（glutathione peroxidase，GPx）活性的变化情况。

The result showed that the surface architecture and ultrastructure of I.punctatus ' gill and secondary gill lamellae were similar to those of other teleosts. The surface of gill arches and gill rakers was covered with pavement cells which were characterized by circular microridges, and secreting-holes were found among cells on the surface of gill arches. The base part of gill rakers were bigger in terms of diameter. The pavement cells' surface of gill filaments' middle part was characterized by microridges with fine lateral protuberances on both sides which were either fused or interruped, while the microridges disappeared on the pavement cells' surface on both top and base parts of gill filaments, forming dense granulated protuberances. The height and interlamellar space of secondary gill lamellae in I.punctatus were relatively higher and bigger, respectively.
