Based on the analysis of sequence stratigraphy and seismic stratigraphy of carbonate platforms, especially to the ones in Dongsha and Xisha, this dissertation has identified, for the first time, three major and several minor drowning events of the platforms since Tertiary. Drowning events in the four carbonate platforms, especially in Dongsha Platform, coincide with major global eustatic cycles raised by B.

The activities in different sections of the Gaoqing fault in the Huagou gas field were analyzed using 3D seismic data. The activities of the fault segment associated with the Huagou gas field were strong during the Guantao\|Minghuazhen period, while the activities on east and west sides of the gas field were weak at that time. The Huagou gas field is well corresponding to the strong activity segment of the Gaoqing fault on the plane. The process of gas migration in the Huagou reservoir is divided into two phases:(1)After mantle\|derived magmatogenetic gas including CO2, N2, and He entered the Gaoqing fault, the gas migrated to the top of the fault by the action of buoyancy or pressure, then the gravitative differentiation occurred. For the top of the fault is closed and both sides of fault is sealed, the gas assembled to some degree in the Gaoqing fault;(2)When gas was accumulated at a large scale in the Gaoqing fault, the gas migrated towards the reservoirs along the two sides of the fault and was accumulated in sandstone.

利用三维地震资料，对济阳坳陷花沟CO2气藏区高青断裂走向上不同区段的活动性进行了分析，指出：花沟CO2气藏所对应的高青断裂区段，在馆陶组—明化镇组沉积时期活动性强，而气藏的东、西两侧，馆陶组—明化镇组沉积时期断裂基本上不活动；花沟CO2气藏与馆陶组—明化镇组沉积时期高青断裂活动性强的区段在平面上有着良好的对应关系；花沟CO2气藏的运聚过程分为2个阶段，在第1阶段，幔源岩浆成因的CO2、N2和He等气体进入高青断裂后，在浮力或压差作用下向断裂顶端运移，并发生重力分异，由于断裂顶端封闭、两侧封堵，CO2、N2和He等气体在高青断裂中实现了一定程度的聚集，而在第2阶段，当CO2、N2和He等气体在断裂中聚集到一定程度，便在压力驱动下向断裂两侧砂岩储层运移，并在其中聚集成藏。

Methods Twelve rabbits fed with high-cholesterol diet for 8 weeks wererandomly divided into two groups:(1) high cholesterol group (n=6):maintained on high cholesterol diet for 6 weeks;(2) niacin group (n=6):the same cholesterol diet plus niacin 200mg·kg~(-1·d~(-1) for 6 weeks. 本研究设计并提取了足长、足宽、足围、足趾高、足弓高、足背高、足面长、内踝高、外踝高和足跟面积等18个指标，对青年田径运动员在四种不同载荷下的足部外形进行统计分析，得到了一套青年田径运动员在不同载荷下的足部外形特征数据，此套数据可以为我国青年田径运动员足部外形指标数据库的建立提供实验操作经验及数据支持。

The decisive influencing factor of viscosity in carboxyl-methylation was cross-linking reaction. Carboxyl-methylation was the main influencing factor of solubility and swelling capacity in modification of high content amylose starch. The structure and gelatinization property of different amylose content were analyzed with an Olympus Vanox BHS-2 multi-function optic microscope, and the results were as follows. The structure of ordinary cornstarch was different from the high amylose; gelatinization temperature and pH value of starch were affected deeply by amylose content, but had little difference between the gelatinization of high content amylose starch contained 50% and 70% amylose; pH value had much more effect than temperature on the gelatinization of high content amylose cross-linked starch. Monochloroacetic acid consumption, alcohol concentration and pH value influenced the starch carboxyl-methylation. When alcohol concentration was 60%, pH value 10, monochloroacetic acid/starch mass ratio 55%, the carboxyl-methylation of high amylose cross-linked cornstarch had the best result. With the In-Vitro digestibility model and biodegradation experiment, the digestibility and biodegradability of high amylose cornstarch and its modified starch were detected.

采用Brabande粘度测定仪和Olympus Vanox BHS-2型多功能光学显微镜等分析手段对链淀粉含量50％和70％的高链玉米淀粉及其交联和交联羧甲基化淀粉的结构和性质进行了表征和分析，结果表明，普通玉米淀粉结构与含链淀粉50％和70％高链玉米淀粉结构不同；高链淀粉比普通淀粉难糊化，高链改性淀粉糊化受pH值影响较大，受温度影响较小；淀粉的冻融稳定性、透光率、溶解度、膨胀度和粘度受链淀粉的含量和改性的影响，但是，链淀粉含量超过50％时，则链淀粉含量对淀粉的膨胀度和溶解度影响不大；改性淀粉性质的影响因素中，影响粘度主要因素是交联反应，影响透明度、溶解度和膨胀度主要因素是羧甲基化改性；一氯乙酸用量、反应时乙醇浓度及碱性条件都会影响高链淀粉及其交联淀粉的羧甲基化改性效果，制备羧甲基化改性淀粉的最佳工艺是在pH值为10的60％的乙醇浓度介质中按一氯乙酸/淀粉质量比为55％进行取代反应。
