After treatment with the above hormones, the rats were established anesthesia with urethan (1g/kg, i. p.); polyethylene catheters were inserted into the external jugular vein and the common carotid artery for drug administration, and then blood pressure was recorded. The arterial catheter was connected to a pressure transducer, and the blood pressure was displayed on the channel of BL-310 Experimental System of Biological Function through IBM computer. We assessed the changes of resting arterial blood pressure, the pressor responses of angiotensin Ⅱ(Ang Ⅱ, 0.01mg/kg), noradrenaline (NA, 0.01mg/kg) and adrenaline (Adr, 0.016mg/kg). The depressor responses of Ach (0.006mg/kg) and carotid sinus baroreflex were also discussed after treatment with the hormones in OVX rats.

Improvement for the dysmnesia of memory due to chronic blood deficiency in brain of rats induced by ligating the carotid arteries of two sides were observed. Results FBD can improve the dysmnesia of mice induced by scopolamine, NaNO2, and 45% ethanol significantly, also dysmnesia due to chronic blood deficiency in brain of rats induced by ligating the carotid arteries.

结果 FBD对由东莨菪碱所致的小鼠记忆获得障碍、亚硝酸钠所致的小鼠记忆巩固不良和45%乙醇所致的小鼠记忆再现障碍均有明显的改善作用；并可改善大鼠双侧颈总动脉结扎所致的慢性脑部供血不足而产生的记忆障碍。

Methods The mice were treated by ig FBD with the doses of 35, 70 and 140mg/kg for one week continuously. Effect of FBD on dysmnesia of acquired learning of mice induced by scopolamine, dysmnesia of memory retention of mice induced by NaNO2, and dysmnesia of reappearance of memory of mice induced by 45% ethanol were studied.

目的 观察依达拉奉对慢性缺血致血管性痴呆大鼠行为学及形态学的影响，探讨依达拉奉在治疗VD中的应用价值。方法实验分假手术组、模型组及都可喜对照组及依达拉奉治疗组，应用双侧颈总动脉结扎方法制备慢性脑缺血大鼠痴呆模型，观察各组大鼠的记忆功能及脑组织超微结构改变。结果缺血组水迷宫表现同对照组、都可喜组及依达拉奉组相比有显著差异(P＜005)，依达拉奉组与都可喜组相比未见显著差异。同时电镜观察结果也发现依达拉奉组及都可喜组与模型组及假手术组相比神经细胞病理改变较轻，且依达拉奉组线粒体及前膜突触小泡增多，代谢活动较都可喜组旺盛。结论依达拉奉可能通过减轻海马神经元的损伤来改善慢性脑缺血大鼠空间学习记忆障碍，证明依达拉奉对慢性缺血致VD大鼠具有治疗作用。
