The works in the project just done can be summarized as five respects.(1) A device was designed to fabricate the asymmetrical resonant cavities by a pendant drop. A series ARCs with variable parameters provides a valuable experimental method for investigating the characteristics of ARCs.(2) The relationship between the number of active modes and the shape parameters in an ARC was investigated. The experimental lasing threshold was compared with theoretical result, the good agreement between two shown that it was the decrease of the number of active modes in an ARC that decreased lasing threshold.(3) Dye lasing gain was used to enhance the signals of stimulated Raman scattering of the weak gain Raman modes in a circular cavity made by a pendant drop, the instantaneous SRS spectra of weak gain Raman modes in ethanol was obtained by this new method.(4) The SRS signals of minority compound in a binary chemical complex was obtained by using dye lasing gain method. The detection concentration of minority compound was reduced to an order compared with normal SRS method.(5) A cylindrical circular cavity was formed by a liquid jet, which was used to reduce the pump intensity required for laser induced plasma spectroscopy. The limit of detection of trace element in aqueous sample was greatly decreased by this new method.

我们设计并成功制作了使悬垂液滴连续变形的装置，用此装置可以方便地改变非圆对称谐振腔的几何参数，为ARCs的研究提供了一种有效的实验方法；研究了ARCs中活性模式数和变形参数间的变化规律，激光阈值的数值计算结果和激光辐射的实验结果作了比较，二者吻合的曲线说明ARCs中活性模式数量的减少是受激辐射放大阈值降低的原因；在由单元化合物构成的微型圆对称谐振腔中，首次尝试用"激光增益"增强弱增益拉曼模式的受激拉曼散射信号，获得了乙醇分子中弱增益拉曼模式的瞬态SRS光谱；在由二元混合物构成的微型圆对称谐振腔中，用染料的激光增益增强了少量化合物的SRS信号，把少量化合物的SRS信号探测浓度降低了近一个数量级，在SRS应用于瞬态过程的组份分析方面做了卓有成效的探索；用石英毛细管形成的稳定液拄构成拄形谐振腔，降低了激光诱导等离子体光谱需要的激励能量，有效地降低了水相样品的痕量元素分析极限，为LIPS应用于微量元素的化学分析开拓了一条新的技术路线。

This dissertation involves the study of the growth dynamics of colloidal particles under unequilibrium and irreversibility condition. Firstly, it is of interest to investigate whether the ideal diffusion or reaction-limited aggregation universal behavior can be observed for the initially polydisperse practical system of basic yttrium carbonate as well. The fractal structure of basic yttrium carbonate aggregate cluster was observed using transmission eletron microscopy. The aggregation kinetics of basic yttrium carbonate colloids was studed using dynamic 1ight-scattering techniques. At 1.00mol/l NaCl solution the fast diffusion-limited aggregation behavior was observed with an increase in the aggregate size over time described by a power law. The aggregates are characterized by a fractal dimension D=1.82. The disordered and ramified cluster is consisted of primary colloidal particles and tenuous and more open. These are in good agreement with those observed for other colloidal system such as colloidal gold (1.86), silica (1.85) and polystyrene latex (1.82) in diffusion-limited aggregation from the static and dynamic light scattering by Lin. Therefore ideal diffusion-limited aggregation behavior can be observed in practical polydisperse system as well. Smoluchwski and fractal theories were used to obtain the aggregation rate constant for initially polydisperse system for the first time.

本论文研究胶粒的非平衡不可逆聚集动态学，分为两个部分，第一部分是通过实验研究一个新的初始多分散的碱式碳酸钇胶粒实际体系中，聚集标度性质的普适性，即使用透射电子显微技术观测聚集粒子簇的分形结构，使用动态激光光散射研究碱式碳酸钇胶粒的聚集动力学，胶粒带电而产生静电排斥作用使得碱式碳酸钇胶粒处于稳定状态，当加入电解质NaCl溶液时，碱式碳酸钇胶粒间的Debye-Hückel屏蔽距离缩短，从而降低静电排斥能垒，引起胶粒发生不可逆聚集，加入电解质NaCl的浓度为1.00mol/l时，碱式碳酸钇胶粒进行快速聚集，经历扩散控制聚集机理，形成结构疏松、更为开放的分形聚集粒子簇，其分形维数为1.82，碱式碳酸钇胶粒聚集增长动力学遵循幂函数增长规律，与Lin等使用静态激光光散射和动态激光光散射测量硅胶(1.85)、金胶(1.86)和聚苯乙烯胶乳(1.82)在扩散控制聚集状态形成聚集粒子簇的分形维数值以及粒子簇聚集增长的动力学规律相一致，表明胶粒聚集标度性质的普适性质在初始多分散的实际体系中也是存在的，首次由动态激光光散射的实验数据得到初始多分散胶粒分形粒子簇的聚集速率常数，并且其值与Smoluchowski聚集速率理论预期相符。

However, the labor-developing history backgrounds in United Kingdom and Germany are completely different. Because of the more widespread tradition of voluntarism, the workplace-based confrontation and uncompulsory arbitrations brought the British industrial relations to be criticized. Since the end of World War Ⅱ, social-economic Germany established the institutions of Co-determination and Collective Bargaining. There are agreements of voluntary negotiations between the social partners and are not determined by legal enactments or any other form of state interference. On the other hand, the organized work councils in workplaces represent the interests of employees and prove able to promote a high degree of social integration.

然而，英国与德国劳资互动的发展历史背景是截然不同的，英国长久以来以自愿主义为首的行事风格、以工作场所做为首要的抗争重地和独特的政府非威权式的处理劳资争议为其劳资关系中的三个特点，另一方面战后德国建立起「共同决定」与「团体自主权」的制度，工会与雇主团体於工资等条件展开自发性的谈判，而另一方面劳工也可以参与公司的营运与工作，这个制度对於劳资之间的对话、沟通及维护社会稳定起了很大的作用，德国得以在二次战后迅速发展成为欧洲重工业大国，并发展社会市场经济。

The ciliates were always ideal materials in the studies of the structure and function of cytoskeleton and its cell control and adjustment, for they have many kinds of cytoskeletons with complexity and they could be easily cultured and handled.

由于原生动物纤毛虫具有多种复杂的细胞骨架结构，加之其材料培养和处理的优点，一直被作为研究细胞骨架结构与功能及其细胞调控的理想材料。20世纪80年代初，许多学者应用蛋白银染色方法和超微结构方法，显示了纤毛虫细胞皮层中以纤毛基体作为主成分的骨架结构，探讨了纤毛虫皮层纤毛器的形态、形态发生及其结构形成机理，在国内外原生动物细胞学领域成为主流。20世纪90年代起，先后应用非离子去垢剂处理和扫描电镜相结合的方法、稳定保存微管结构的透射电镜术，微管蛋白的抗体标记及其免疫荧光技术及相关的生化与分子生物学等方法显示纤毛虫的微管胞器及其微管蛋白组分，探索微管胞器的形态、功能及其微管装配机理，积累了较多的资料，取得了重要的进展。

According to the process of the mutual reaction of the population number at each energy level of the un-equilibrium mixed gases flowing in flow laser and the intensive emission reaching the stable oscillation, and the numerical simulated calculation results of the corresponding 3-dimensional distribution states, the simplified calculation formulae of the basic properties of the corresponding oscillator and amplifier are developed.

根据流动激光腔中流动的非平衡混合气体各能态布居数和强辐射相互作用达到稳定振荡的过程和相应的三维分布状态的数值模拟计算结果，发展了相应的振荡器和放大器基本特性的简化计算公式。

The results of the study indicate:(1) the stress, strain and velocity fields as well as the uplift rates of the model are consistent essentially with those of the prototype in nature;(2) the major driving force for intraplate tectonic deformation in central-eastern Asia results mainly from the compression of the Indian plate;(3) the existence of the RSBs, such as those of Tarim, Alxa, Ordos and Sichuan basin, is one of the basic origins for the development of large-scale compressional basins and the table-like uplift of the Qinghai-Tibet plateau;(4) The netlike plastic-flow in the lower lithosphere is faster than the displacement in the upper layer, controlling the tectonic stress and deformation fields in the upper crust;(5) the weakness layer distributed discontinuously in the middle crust influences the level of difference between the stress directions in the lower lithosphere and those in the seismogenic layer.

研究结果表明：(1)模型中的应力场、应变场、位移速度场和地表隆升速率，与自然条件下的实际状况基本相符；(2)中东亚板内构造变形的驱动力源主要来自印度板块的推挤作用；(3)塔里木、阿拉善、鄂尔多斯、四川盆地等相对稳定块体的存在是促成大型压性盆地形成和青藏高原平台式隆升的基本原因之一；(4)岩石圈下层的网状塑性流动超前于上层，控制上层的构造应力场和变形场；(5)中部地壳的非连续分布软弱层影响上、下层之间应力方向的差异程度。

Single component and multi\|component of iron system colloidal catalyst \Ali\|Bu\-3CH\-2CHCH\-2Cl\ were mixed by different ratios in hydrogenated gasoline medium at 25℃.This paper studied the relationship between the nonaqueous systematic electroconductivity and the concentration of catalyst components.In combination with Tyndall effect,polymerization experimental results,Ali\|Bu\-3 existed in associated state and dissociated into ionpair.The reaction between Ali\|Bu\-3 and Fenaph\-2 was the main reaction which formed colloidal core.Ali\|Bu\-3 reacted on CH\-2CHCH\-2Cl and Ali\|Bu\-2Cl was yielded which joined the formation of active center on the surface of colloidal core.The excessive Ali\|Bu\-3 was dissociated into ionpair which formed double electrode layer,and the double electrode layer kept the colloidal particles relatively stable.

研究了在25℃加氢汽油介质中，铁系胶体催化剂［Fenaph2Ali-Bu3―CH2==CHCH2Cl］单组分、多组分按不同配比混合，非水体系电导率与浓度的关系，结合Tyndall效应，聚合实验结果，得出Ali-Bu3以缔合状态存在并解离成离子对它同环烷酸亚铁的作用是形成胶核的主要反应，与氯丙烯反应生成的氯化异丁基铝，在胶核表面参与形成活性中心由过量Ali-Bu3解离的离子对形成的双电层结构，使胶粒保持相对稳定。

Chenopodium album,Solanum nigrum, and Amaranthus retroflexus were very susceptible to the herbicides. Polygonum persicaria and Abutilon theophrasti were relatively less susceptible to the herbicides, and Lycopersicon esculentum was not susceptible to it. The relationship between reduction rates of weed biomass and PPM values of weed leaves 2,4, and 6 days after treatment was established.

供试的6种杂草对该混剂的敏感性存在显著差异：红心藜Chenopodium album、龙葵Solanum nigrum和反枝苋Amaranthus retroflexus对该混剂最敏感，ED90值分别为47.65、71.67和29.17g/hm2；春蓼Polygonum persicaria和苘麻Abutilon theophrasti敏感，ED90值分别为96.91、114.20g/hm2；而番茄不敏感。
