The computational fluid dynamics method is used to simulate numerically the two phase flow of gas and liquid in a demister with corrugated baffle. The demisting efficiency and pressure drop under various droplet diameters, gas velocities and plate spacings are provided. The effects of main design parameters on the demisting efficiency and pressure drop are analyzed.
