Appendix A to this standard is the standard in the appendices.

The 30,000 -character appendix comes from my reading notes during my dissertation preparation. I hope it can serve as a backgrounder of this article, and help to describe how I developed my point of view rather than indicate how I tried to acquire the first-hand information.
