Objective:To study the outcome by applying clinical nursing pathway on grass-roots hospital patients with laparoscopic appendicectomy .

目的：研究临床护理路径应用于基层医院腹腔镜阑尾切除术患者的实施效果。

Methods:There were two groups in grass-roots hospital patients with laparoscopic appendicectomy to control study.There were 89 cases in each group.Traditional treatment was applied in control group.

把须行腹腔镜阑尾切除术的患者按入院先后顺序分为两组进行对照研究，对照组89例实施传统的治疗和护理，研究组89例实施临床护理路径。

The following data were compared respectively between two groups,such as operation time,exploratory rate of other diseases in peritoneum,time of postoperative anal exsufflation and ambulation,hospitalization expense,the amount of analgesics patients need after operation,the incidence of incision infection,adhesive intestinal obstruction and residual infection in abdominal cavity.

回顾分析60例腹腔镜阑尾切除术（laparoscopic appendectomy，LA）和同期OA组60例的手术资料，比较两组手术时间、腹腔内其他病变探查率、术后肛门排气时间、术后下床时间、住院费用、术后止痛剂使用、切口感染、粘连性肠梗阻、腹腔残余感染发生率等指标。

The patients in groupⅰ(n=100)were punctured the thoracic vertebra between 11 and 12; the others in group ⅱ(n=100)were punctured the thoracic vertebra between 10 and 11.these were studied in anesthesia extent, dose, muscular flaccidity, the operation time, referred pain, nausea, vomiting and adjuvant application.

供试的6种杂草对该混剂的敏感性存在显著差异：红心藜Chenopodium album、龙葵Solanum nigrum和反枝苋Amaranthus retroflexus对该混剂最敏感，ED90值分别为47.65、71.67和29.17g/hm2；春蓼Polygonum persicaria和苘麻Abutilon theophrasti敏感，ED90值分别为96.91、114.20g/hm2；而番茄不敏感。
