The optimum temperature for it degrading triazophos was 32℃, and the optimum primary pH value was 7.0, the optimum liquid volume in flask was 50 ml medium in 100 ml erlenmeyer flask, the optimum medium was nutrient broth, the inoculation amount had no obvious effect on degradation effect of TF413 on triazophos.

结果］经鉴定，TF413菌株为粪产碱杆菌，其降解三唑磷的最适温度为32℃、最适初始pH值为7.0，最适装液量为100m1三角瓶中装50ml培养基，最佳培养基为营养肉汤，接种量对TF413降解三唑磷的效果无明显影响。
