We have constituted the system of GMP and HACCP in vegetable and fruit juice enterprises . Also we established a neotype about controlling residual pesticide and rapid detection method of sodium , thermophilic acidophilic bacteria, fumaric acid , lactic acids and galac turonic acid was developed .

The results showed that the addition of alcoholate increased the elution recovery of phenolic acids on resins in supercritical CO2. The infrared spectroscopy was used to study the interaction between solute and solvent molecules in supercritical fluid. The hydrogen bond between alcoholate entrainer and phenolic acid was the main factor to increase the ability of supercritical elution. The results appeared that salvianolic acids could be extracted by supercritical carbon dioxide with ethanol as entrainer.

结果表明：醇类夹带剂的加入能大大提高树脂上酚酸类化合物的超临界洗脱率；通过红外光谱技术研究了超临界流体中分子间的相互作用与超临界洗脱过程的关系，认为醇类夹带剂与酚酸类化合物的氢键作用是提高酚酸类化合物洗脱率的主要因素；以乙醇为夹带剂的超临界CO2洗脱可应用于丹参酚酸的提取。

Overall, this paper is proved to be meaningful in both theoretical explanation and practical application of biodegradation of anthraquinone resembles.

总之，通过本论文的工作，筛选并找到了一株高效降解溴胺酸的菌株，对其降解溴胺酸的特性及降解途径进行了深入的研究，不仅在理论上有助于诠释动胶菌与溴胺酸反应的实质，而且为该菌株处理溴胺酸等蒽醌类染料中间体的实际运用中操作参数的设计和选择提供依据。
