Six novel dihydrobenzofuran and benzofuran neolignans compounds(1～6) were synthesized by knoevenagel reactiton,esterfication, biomimetic oxidative coupling ,DDQ dehydrogenation,reduction and hydrolysis with 4-hydroxybenzaldehyde and malonic acid as starting material.

In order to obtain 3-methoxy-4-hydroxymandelic acid with high quality and high yield, guaiacol was condensed with glyoxylic acid in an alkaline aqueous solution using solid acid as catalyst. The reaction temperature and reaction time was 15℃ and 18 hours respectively.

牛至药材经水煮醇沉法所得浸膏，利用溶剂法和色谱法从中分离得到18个单体成分，通过IR、MS、NMR等波谱技术鉴定了其中的15个化合物，分别为β-谷甾醇(1)、β-胡萝卜苷(2)、琥珀酸(3)、对-二苯酚(4)、邻-二苯酚(5)、对羟基苯甲醛(6)、1.2-二羟基-4-异丙基-5-甲基苯(7)、新木脂素(8)、丁香脂素(9)、齐墩果酸(10)、乌苏酸(11)、4-二十六烯(12)、正二十六醇(13)、咖啡酸乙酯(14)、迷迭香酸乙酯(15)等，其中化合物3、4、5、6、7、8、9、14、15等9种化合物均为首次从该属植物中分离得到。

RESULTS: Sixteen compounds, ursolic acid (1), indole-3-carboxaldehyde (2), indole-3-carboxylic acid (3), p-coumaric acid (4), azelaic acid (5), N-trans-feruloyl tyramine (6), blumenol A (7), 2-hydroxy-3-methylanthraquinone (8), rubiadin l-methyl ether (9), rubiadin (10), quercetin (11), luteolin (12), chrysoeriol 6-C-β-boivinopyranosyl-7-O-β-glucopyranoside (13), alternanthin (14), stigmasta-5, 22-dien-3β-ol (15), and α-spinasterol (16) were obtained from the EtOAc extract of Alternanthera philoxeroides.

Metabolites, including 1 phenolic diterpene, 2 phenolic acids (rosmarinic acid and caffeic acid), 2 flavonoids (6-methoxyluteolin-7-glucoside and homoplantaginin) and 1 coumaric acid ( cis-4-glucosyloxycinnamic acid), were successfully identified from two rosemary extracts with chloroform-methanol ( v / v , 3/1) and 50% aqueous methanol on the basis of HPLC, UV, NMR and MS data.

RESULTS: 12 compounds were isolated and identified as aurantiamide acetate (1), aurantiamide benzoate (2), physcion (3), scopoletin (4), vanillin (5), coniferyl aldehyde (6), syringaldehyde (7), syringic acid (8), luteolin (9), apigenin (10), azelaic acid (11), dotriacontanic acid (12), respectively.

结果：从羊耳菊全草的氯仿和乙酸乙酯部分共分离得到12个化合物，分别鉴定为橙黄胡椒酰胺乙酸酯(1)，橙黄胡椒酰胺苯甲酸酯(2)，大黄素甲醚(3)，东莨菪亭(4)，香草醛(5)，松柏醛(6)，丁香醛(7)，丁香酸(8)，木犀草素(9)，芹菜素(10)，壬二酸(11)，三十二烷酸(12)。
