The structures, features, application principles and on-site applications of six kinds of prevention products developed on the basis of above mentioned methods, i.e., the insulation striped arc-protection fitting, clamping post porcelain/ composite insulator, stab-type arc-protection fitting, stab-type clamping post porcelain/composite insulator, ring electrode MOA with external series gap and stab-type electrode MOA with external series gap, are presented.

分析了10 kV配电网绝缘导线雷击断线机理，归纳出"疏导式"和"堵塞式"2种防护思路，介绍了基于2种防护思路研制的剥线型防弧金具、放电箝位柱式瓷/复合绝缘子、穿刺型防弧金具、穿刺型放电箝位柱式瓷/复合绝缘子、环形电极带外串联间隙金属氧化物避雷器和穿刺电极带外串联间隙金属氧化物避雷器6种防护产品的结构、特点、应用原则及现场应用情况。

To reduce the arrester switching and lightning protection level as well as spare parts for the arrester , this paper suggests the 600 kV rated voltage of the line side arrester be selected.

在此基础上提出了综合防雷措施(包括规范避雷器的安装维护、改善避雷器和杆塔接地、使用塔顶避雷针、使用自动消弧装置降低配电网建弧率、限制雷电流过后的弧光接地过电压和铁磁谐振过电压等)，以提高配电网耐雷水平和供电可靠性。

The influence of the line arrester on the lightning withstand level of 35kV transmission lines was simulated and calculated by electromagnetic transient software ATP-EMTP. The results show that the joining of line arrester can obviously improve the lightning withstand level of 35kV transmission lines, and is especially effective when the lightning directly strikes the conductor.

计算结果表明，在"易击段"架设线路避雷器后，可明显提高35kV输电线路的耐雷水平，尤其雷直击导线时，线路避雷器的作用效果更加明显；雷击杆塔塔顶时，杆塔接地电阻是影响35kV输电线路耐雷水平的重要因素。

根据国家电网公司1000 kV特高压交流试验示范工程招标文件及技术协议中对瓷外套金属氧化物避雷器的要求，参照有关国家标准、国际标准及文献资料，廊坊电科院东芝避雷器有限公司应用两项株式会社东芝已有运行实绩的关键技术：减震技术及高强度瓷套设计技术进行了1000 kV瓷外套MOA的抗地震设计。

The results indicate:1 There are limitations to protect 110kV Kang-Ping transmission line and 220kV Da-An transmission line lightning, and the line-surge arrester can improve the lightning-proof property of transmission line on mountainous area and enhance the lightning-withstand level.2 Tower grounding resistance, distance between towers, etc can affect the function of line-surge arrester.

When compensating devices are switched by vacuum switches, if they are switched on group, the inrush current can be controlled by inserting suitable current-restrained reactance in-series. Since the restriking overvoltage is pertinent to the capacity of compensating devices and the time of restriking and igniting, the overvoltage can be restrained by arresters with asterism connection at the entrance of the capacitors. Although switching capacitance devices will bring up high interception cross overvoltage, the metal-oxide arrester can limit this overvoltage in the system designed in the thesis, and naturally the compensating devices can operate normally.

使用真空开关投切并联无功补偿装置，在分组投入并联电容器时，串联合适的限流电抗，合闸涌流可以得到控制；重燃时的过电压值与并补装置补偿容量，重燃发生时刻和燃弧时间有关，电容器进线端的三星接法避雷器可以抑制其过电压；切并联电抗器时会产生较高的截流过电压，金属氧化物避雷器可以使本文中所建系统的截流过电压得到限制，并联无功补偿装置可以正常切合。
