The Party, for whom it has become impossible to fulfill its obligations under the Agreement, in consequence of the above-stated circumstances of Force Majeure, shall inform the other Party by fax within 10 days from the date of beginning of such circumstances about the beginning and cessation of circumstances, preventing fulfillment of the contractual obligations.

在由于如上所陈的不可抗拒力等原因，而导致一方无法按照协议规定完全履行其责任时，此方应从这一意外不可抗拒因素开始的10天内传真通知另一方，通知内容包括这一意外的开始及终止的具体情况及导致责任履行无法完成的具体原因。

所有由香港百滙金业公司发出的报告书、确认书、通知及任何其他档，均根据本协定所列通讯位址（包括但不限於电邮位址、电话或传真号码或电传号码，或按客户其后以公司接纳之方式书面通知公司之位址）、电邮位址或电话号码发予客户（如为联名帐户而未提名代表人，则就此规定而言将发予名列本协定附件首位之客户），客户如变更通讯位址，必须在变更后壹个月内以书面形式通知香港百滙金业公司，否则一切由香港百滙金业公司发给客户的档均根据本协定所列通讯位址发出。无论以电子邮件、一般邮件、电报、电话或其他方式发出，均视为客户已收到。
