The research background of this thesis is modified reputation evaluation algorithms in distributed environment in order to utilize them into Grid environment, Presenting a new Dempster-Shafer-Theory-Based Grid-Supported Reputation Management Model combined with the Grid environment and advanced research work in point, in order to adapt to the requirements of Grid entities reputation quantitative evaluation, the immeasurability and fuzzy problems of Grid credibility description are resolved, further put forward the relevant reputation evaluation algorithm.

将在分布式环境下适应的信誉评价算法进行改进使其适用于网格环境中，以网格环境下的安全合作为目标，结合网格环境以及在此方面同行所做的前沿工作，提出一种新的基于Dempster-Shafer证据理论的支持网格的信誉评价算法，以适应网格实体信誉定量评价的要求，解决网格信誉描述的不可测量性和模糊性问题，并给出相应的信誉管理模型。

Providing service to the society should be one of the major functions of higher education institutions, and commercialization of higher education should be avoided meanwhile; 3. The rapid expansion of two or three year colleges should be a strategical goal in the higher education development plan for the seeable future; 4. The more closed links between higher education institutions and shools should be promoted.

首先，由于我国的经济体制正由计划经济转变为国家计划指导下的商品经济，因此建议建立与之相适应的高等教育发展的调节机制——国家计划指导下的市场调节；其次，建议我国高等学校要向美国高等学校学习，积极为社会开展服务，与此同时要接受美国的教训，注重社会效益，避免高等学校的商业化；第三，建议把大力发展专科教育定为我国今后几年高等教育发展的战略重点，以适应我国社会主义初级阶段的经济结构；最后，建议高等学校要为发展我国普通教育事业作出积极的贡献。

It is pointed out that the medical consumption is unaccommodated to the GDP average of the people. At the same time the empirical study shows that the conclusions in the work are more practicability and operability.Finally, the concluding remarks are presented. It is pointed out that problems are still explored about the DEA. The developing prospect of the DEA is also depicted according to the research effort.

利用所得结论探讨中国各省市医疗机构的收费与国民平均GDP的适应度，所得结果反映出当前我国医疗保健与经济发展不相适应的现状；同时也说明研究结论具有更强的实用性，更高的操作性；最后，总结全文的工作，提出仍需研究的一些问题，展望数据包络分析的发展前景。

It is found out that the social environment in carrying out the new curriculum demand prompt optimization; there exist unadapted factors between modes of thinking, system, mechanism, leadership in school management and the teachers'carrying out of the new curriculum and there are the problems that the teachers'modes of thinking remain at an undeveloped stage, academic quality is low, the condition of existence and development is not so good, and some teachers'enthusiasm to curriculum reform is not so high and they even resist it.

针对武川县农村初中教师实施新课程面临的问题，笔者提出了改进的对策及建议：进一步优化社会环境；创新学校管理，树立与新课程相适应的学校管理观念，建立与新课程相适应的学校管理制度和管理机制，改进校长对课程的领导；采取措施，加强教师培训，提高教师素质，创建新型的教师文化，关注农村教师的生存和发展困境，为他们创设良好的工作、生活和心理环境，切实解决农村教师在课程改革中面临的实际困难和问题。

Behaviour ecology, physio-ecology and community ecology of vines in the evergreen broad-leaved forest of Tiantong National Forest Park, Zhejiang Province, China, were studied and rich first-hand data were collected in this project.Some vines with different climbing motheds were much different in leaf anatomy, ecophysiology, growth rhythm and behavior, and another vines with same climbing methods showed similar adaptation to habitat, on which their distribution in a forest depended. The concept of climbing unit consisted of internode, leaves and tendrils or other climbing organs on it was put forth, and the method to calculate and value the climbing capaity of a vine was set up. In the meantime,experimental ecology of a twining vine Humulus scandens was carried out.

本项目以浙江天童常绿阔叶林为基地，从行为生态、生理生态和群落生态学等角度较系统深入地研究了常绿阔叶林藤本植物的生态适应特征，取得了丰富的第一手资料，结果表明不同攀援类型的藤本在形态结构、生理生态、生长和攀援行为上表现出明显的差异，而同一攀援类型的藤本表现出较大的趋同适应的特征，但也存在着差异，这些特征或差异决定了它们在群落中分布的层次和与支持木之间的作用方式；提出了攀援单位的概念，初步建立了攀援能力的测定和评估方法。

This article suggests that a new type of teacher-student relationship in the new era has to base itself on a considered abandonment of the traditional relation of "obedience" and on the development of the modern relation of "equality", so that it can be defined as follows: Joint participants in the cognitive and learning process, joint collectors and sharers of knowledge, and joint appliers and creators of knowledge.

而这一基本框架以及由此带来的变革对中小学教育提出了崭新的要求。它要求教育思想观念和实践行为适应和服务于这一变革，其中教育观念的不断更新导致了对传统的师生关系的深刻检讨；而素质教育的深入开展，加快了教师角色的转换，学生主体地位的确立，迫切要求建立与新时期相适应的新型师生关系。

It was decided that technical and vocational education in rural areas should accommodate local conditions and be conducted on a short-term basis. Where conditions permitted, emphasis would be placed on organizing technical schools and short-term training classes. To alleviate the shortage of teachers, vocational and technical teachers' colleges were to be reformed and other colleges and universities were to be mobilized for assistance.

这次会议作出的决议包括：农村地区的职业技术教育主管部门，应根据当地的实际情况，制定和适应短期发展目标规划，发展和当地情况相适应的职业技术教育；情况允许的地方，政府主管部门应把重点放在开办技术学校和组织短期职业技术培训班上；为缓解职业技术教育师资缺乏的状况，职业技术教师高等专科学校应进行改革，其他专科学校和大学也应为此调动各种资源协助培养职业技术教师。

But the purely traditional vernacular literature also cannot meet the time demand. they must be modified .China's modernized advancement is fundamentally a process learning from the west. Neither purely vernacular literature can carry Modern Western terms, nor the complex and sophisticated grammar structure is adapt to Western ways of thinking.
