本文旨在通过文献资料法、逻辑分析法、访谈法、数理统计法等方法对影响我国跆拳道运动的发展的社会学因素、目前我国开展的情况及存在的若干问题进行分析，从竞技跆拳道和大众跆拳道两方面着手进行深入研究并寻找对策方案，为今后能更好的推动跆拳道运动在我国健康，有序的发展提出建议，为我国跆拳道运动可持续发展提供理论依据，以形成我国跆拳道运动发展的良性循环。

跆拳道训练分二个阶段，首阶段的为颜色带训练，而色带分为九个级别，而初学者，必须接受一段时间的培训经考试合格后方可晋升，跆拳道十级－白带，八级－黄带，七级－黄绿带，六级－绿带，五级－绿蓝带，四级－蓝带，三级－蓝红带，二级－红带，一级－红黑带，学员最少也需要一年半时间完成第一个阶段后再接受更严格训练经考试合格，方何晋升第二个阶段－黑带，黑带共分九段，段数是刺绣在黑带两端，而供议别，黑带一段至黑带四段要接受最少七年时间苦练，而且还需要得到跆拳道会授权六段以上的监考官负责监考。
