角叉胶

Methods The mice were given the meloxican tablet, ig, at the dosage of 0.56,1.13,2.25 and 9.00 mg.kg-1, then ip 0.8%acetic acid, and injecting the ear of mice. The meloxicans were given to rats, at the dosage of 1.5,3.0,6.0 mg.kg-1, to observe the effect of the meloxican inhibiting the paws swelling of rats by carrageen and granulation of rats by paper method.

观察美洛昔康对醋酸导致小鼠血管通透性增加和二甲苯引起小鼠耳肿胀抑制作用，以及角叉菜胶诱发大鼠足肿胀和纸片法引起大鼠肉芽增生的抑制作用。
