X-ray diffraction is one of the most common and efficient ways to measure a superlattice structure. This dissertation displays the detail results for characterization of Ge〓Si〓/Si superlattices by x-ray diffraction (including x-ray small angle diffraction and double crystal diffraction). It was found, when the growth temperature is lower, the intensities of xray small angle diffraction peaks are modulated by a periodical function, which indicates that both sets of interfaces of the superlattice is highly flat; when the growth temperature is higher, the diffraction peak intensities are simply decay with the increase of diffraction vector, which indicates that one set of interfaces is highly flat but another is not; when the growth temperature is very high, the diffraction peaks are reduced more rapidly, which indicates that both sets of interfaces are not ideal.

本文详细介绍了用X-射线衍射（包括X-射线小角衍射和双晶衍射）方法对Ge〓Si〓/Si超晶格结构特性测试的结果，尤其是发现，当Ge〓Si〓/Si超晶格的生长温度较低时，X-射线小角衍射谱峰的强度随着衍射波矢的增加而周期性调制，表明超晶格的两套界面都十分平整；当生长温度较高时，Ge〓Si〓Si超晶格的X-射线小角衍射谱峰的强度随着衍射波矢呈简单的衰减变化，对应于超晶格内有一套界面不平整的情况；当生长温度进一步提高时，X-射线小角衍射峰明显减少，表明超晶格内两套界面都不理想。

The relationship between inter-story torsion angle and torsion deformation ratio is deduced base on the rule of irregular plan structures in China tall building technical specification. Considering the inter-story ratio limitation of different performance levels under different earthquake hazard levels, a series of torsion angle demand curves are established and a new method named as Torsion Angle Capacity Spectrum is put forward for the PBSD of irregular plan frame structures.

从现行规范对平面不规则结构的限制条件出发，推导出了结构层间扭转角与扭转位移比的关系式，结合框架结构在不同性能水平下的层间侧移角限值，建立了平面不规则框架结构在不同地震作用水平下的扭转角需求曲线，提出了扭转角能力谱法。

Results There were obvious mandible changes such as the increase of SNB angle and decrease of ANB angle and overjet after treatment with Twinblock, suggestive of mandible growth, increase of facial angle, reduction of mandible process angle, mild adduction of upper incisors, and mild anteversion of lower incisors.

结果 矫治前后下颌骨的变化具有统计学意义，表现在SNB角的增大和ANB角、OJ的减小，提示下颌骨的生长、面角增加和颌突角减小，上前牙轻度内收和下前牙少量前倾。

Through transformation of parameters, the meshing design system among Hy-Vo silent chain, sprocket and hob was built up based on the research of the pitch increment and the equivalent apothem increment of the effects on the common normal line length when the Hy-Vo silent chain was wrapped around and located on the sprocket, with the proper meshing conditions of Hy-Vo silent chain and sprocket into consideration. The design method of common normal line length was put forward that can be used when the value of the sprocket pressure angle was equal or unequal to the value of the Hy-Vo chain plate pressure angle.

在分析Hy-Vo齿形链链节围在链轮轮齿上定位时其节距增量和当量边心距增量对链轮公法线长度影响的基础上，根据Hy-Vo齿形链与链轮的正确啮合条件，通过参数变化，建立了Hy-Vo齿形链－链轮－滚刀三者之间的啮合设计体系，提出了既适用于链板齿形角等于链轮压力角情况，也适用于链板齿形角不等于链轮压力角情况的Hy-Vo齿形链链轮公法线长度的计算方法。

［Objective］To identify the standard of radiographic diagnosis and analyse the measurement between tailor's bunion and normal feet.［Methods］The fourth-fifth intermetatarsal angle (IM4～5),modified fourth-fifth intermetatarsal angle (MIM4～5),metatarsophalangeal-fifth angle,lateral deviation of the fifth metatarsal angle,width of fifth metatarsal head,distance of prominence of the fifth metatarsal head were measured by X-ray for 131 feet of normal persons and 117 feet of tailor's bunion. The measured results and other clinical presentations were compared.

［目的］通过对小趾囊炎足与正常足X线的测量及对比分析研究，明确小趾囊炎足X线诊断标准［方法］对131例正常足与117例小趾囊炎足的第4～5跖骨间角(IM4～5)，改良4～5跖骨间角(MIM4～5)，小趾内翻角，第5跖骨外翻角，第5跖骨头宽度及突出距离进行X线测量，结合临床对测量结果进行对比分析研究。

Relation between geometrical contour error of inner corner and machining condition is investigated by the experimental plan of Taguchi quality design. Through the quantitative analysis, the geometrical contour error is mainly affected by wire tension and flushing pressure. By regression analysis, a mathematical model is established to estimate cutting path error of corner cutting. According to the estimated cutting path error, the program path is corrected.

研究首先以田口式品质设计实验计画法来探讨加工参数与隅角形状误差间的关系，从变异数分析的结果得知，线张力与冲水压力是对於隅角精度影响最显著因子，应用回归分析建立转角加工路径误差量估测模式，利用此模式以预测不同加工条件下隅角加工路径误差量，依据预测加工路径误差量计算轨迹补偿量，实验结果证明本文所提出轨迹补偿策略可有效提高60%之隅角加工精度。
