It is pointed that the study of the small-scale natural gas liquefier is a system project mainly including three aspects: the liquefaction flow design and simulation, the liquefaction equipment design and chose type, the liquefaction fitting testing and modification. Further analysis is given about the three aspects.

Fluidized bed technology with equipment of continuous feed and residue removal was studied. On the basis of this research, the whole process for the technology was designed, and demonstration production facility was established, which dispose of the mixed waste plastics at the rate of 1 t/h.
