The main contents in this thesis go as follows.The polymorphic transition process of 5'-GMPNa2 from amorphism to crystal was investigated by in-situ monitoring technique and ex-situ monitoring technique. The transition mechanism was deduced to be solution mediated transition.

具体研究内容如下：利用聚焦光束反射测量仪、颗粒图像测量仪和X射线粉末衍射仪等测试手段对5'-鸟苷酸二钠由无定形体转化为晶体的过程进行了研究，推断出其过程机理为溶液过渡转化。

The asymmetrical Bragg reflection STD scan mode with the conventional X-ray diffraction rocking curve was used to determine the lattice distortion of CdZnTe single crystal in this method.

在高分辨X射线衍射仪上，利用不对称布拉格衍射STD技术与单晶摇摆曲线技术相结合的方法，对碲锌镉单晶材料的晶格畸变进行了分析测定。

In the study XRD, FT-IR, PCR amplificator, 373A DNA sequencer, GC, electrophoretogram and TEM apparatuses and so forth are used to give a way for accurately scientific research. It chooses two kinds of petrochemical industry wastewater as object of study. One is the mixture of seawater and freshwater and the other is freshwater. In the course of the research, the two kinds of petrochemical wastewater are studied in the laboratory and refinery by using CBDS, and it has got a good result.

在研究过程中，选择了海淡混合水和淡水石油化工废水作为复合生物脱氮的研究对象，利用生物反应器、气相色谱仪、X-射线衍射仪、PCR扩增仪、DNA序列分析仪、电泳仪、扫描电镜和透射电镜等仪器设备，研究了CBDS生物体系和生物载体系统，并确定了石油化工废水复合生物脱氮工艺最佳操作条件。

In this thesis several magnetic multilayers(Co/Pb,Fe/Si,and NiCo/Cu)were prepared by rf sputtering,the structure and magneticproperties were studied by using x-ray diffraction,vibrating samplemagnetometer,torquemeter,ferromagnetic resonance,magnetoresistanceand magnetooptical Kerr effect.

The tensile properties of under-aged 3J21 alloy at room and low temperatures were studied on a universal tensile teat machine. Moreover, a metallographic microscope and X-ray diffractometer were used to analyze the metallographic structure and physical phase of the alloy in a cold rolled and under-aged state. By employing a transmission electron microscope the structure of the alloy under the above-cited two states was observed and the X-ray diffraction results being verified.

The camera length of electron diffraction in transmisson electron microscopy is one of the main technical parameters in designing electron microscope and the electron diffraction analysis to microcrystal sample. According to Bragg law, the formula of calculating TEM electron diffraction camera length is derived from the research on the ray path of electron diffraction images in TEM and the comparison on electron diffraction with ordinary electronic diffractometer. The difference of physical significance of electron diffraction camera length between TEM and ordinary electronic diffractometer is discussed.

透射式电子显微镜(Transmisson Electron Microcopy， TEM)中的电子衍射相机长度，是电子显微镜设计和对微晶体样品进行电子衍射分析的主要技术参数之一依据布拉格定律，经对TEM中电子衍射成像光路的探讨与研究，并通过TEM与普通电子衍射仪的电子衍射的对比分析，导出了TEM电子衍射相机长度的精确计算公式，阐述了TEM和普通电子衍射仪的电子衍射相机长度所表征的物理意义的区别。

Chenopodium album,Solanum nigrum, and Amaranthus retroflexus were very susceptible to the herbicides. Polygonum persicaria and Abutilon theophrasti were relatively less susceptible to the herbicides, and Lycopersicon esculentum was not susceptible to it. The relationship between reduction rates of weed biomass and PPM values of weed leaves 2,4, and 6 days after treatment was established.

供试的6种杂草对该混剂的敏感性存在显著差异：红心藜Chenopodium album、龙葵Solanum nigrum和反枝苋Amaranthus retroflexus对该混剂最敏感，ED90值分别为47.65、71.67和29.17g/hm2；春蓼Polygonum persicaria和苘麻Abutilon theophrasti敏感，ED90值分别为96.91、114.20g/hm2；而番茄不敏感。
