花芽

The experiments were conducted with one-crop cultivar and two-crop cultivar of Iris germanca . Photoperiod in nature condition and the effects of different photoperiods on flower bud differentiation and photosynthetic characteristics were investigated.

本试验以德国鸢尾一次花和二次花品种为材料，从植株生物学特性和光合特性两个层面上，研究一二次花品种在自然状况下的光合特性以及不同光周期对其花芽分化和光合特性的影响。

The paper studied the effects of five kinds of photoperiod(16、 14、 12、 10、 8h light/d) on the two cultivars of camellia japonica('White snow tower' and ' White-red peony').The morphological and physiological indexes relative to growth were measured. Then the critical daylength and the flower bud differentiation of ' White snow tower ' and ' White-red peony' were defined. The results indicated:(1)Camellia japonica was long-daylength plant, and different cultivar had different critical daylength,the critical daylength of 'White snow tower' was about 14 h light/day,while the critical daylength of 'White-red peony' was about 12 h light/day.
