The Chinese eat by just piling plate after plate of food onto the table in no apparent order and sharing everything: pork barbeque, Dungeness crab, peanuts, tofu, cabbage with chicken in it, cucumbers in rice wine vinegar, soup of no discernable variety, frog (not frog legs, rather just frog with peppers in some sauce, the green skin of the slimy, fly-hunting creatures still clinging to the meat) and fish, which came in a big stainless steel bowl full of hot peppers and boiling fish broth.
