Patellofemoral alignment were evaluated through MRI in 12 of them. We followed up 34 Cases (37 knees) and compared patellofemoal score with prcoperation, so that we could evaluate the effects of bipolar radiofrequency in the treatment of patellofemoral malalignment.

Results show that, by uv-vis spectra, fluorescence spectra and Fourier infrared spectra transform all successfully gained water-soluble CdTe quantum dots. With the increase of water-soluble CdTe quantum dot concentration increasing, Achyranthes Bidentata root length and the seed vigor reduced ordinally, but its germination changed no obviously, suggested the space mutagenesis treatment can improve Achyranthes Bidentata seed vigor.

结果表明，紫外－可见光谱、荧光光谱和傅立叶红外变换光谱图均说明已成功制备水溶性CdTe量子点；随水溶性CdTe量子点浓度增大，牛膝的根长和种子活力依次降低，但其对发芽势影响的规律不明显，经空间诱变处理能提高牛膝种子活力。

It has been well documented that the fibular collateral ligament is the primary varus stabilizer of the knee.8,10 Consequently, isolated FCL injuries can elicit abnormal varus knee instability that can lead to functional limitations, a varus thrust gait pattern, and the potential development of medial meniscal tears or medial compartment arthritis over time due to the increased compressive forces at the medial tibiofemoral compartment.16,23,30 In addition, it has been demonstrated that varus instability, primarily due to a deficient FCL from an untreated posterolateral knee injury, causes a significant increase in force on both anterior cruciate and posterior cruciate ligament reconstruction grafts.11,21,22 Therefore, a reconstruction technique to address nonrepairable acute or chronic isolated FCL tears is important to address these pathologic abnormalities.

Full-thickness cartilage defects, 0.5cm×0.5cm in size, were created at superior and lower area of femur trochlear in eight porcins (16 knees, 32 defects in all), the lesions in the right knees were untreated or treated by periosteum , the left knees were served as ACI groups (including monolayer and polylayer culture group), each defect was distributed into every control groups and every treated groups randomly.

Chenopodium album,Solanum nigrum, and Amaranthus retroflexus were very susceptible to the herbicides. Polygonum persicaria and Abutilon theophrasti were relatively less susceptible to the herbicides, and Lycopersicon esculentum was not susceptible to it.
