Skin sensory function of internal upper arm and armpit was normal in 39 cases of intercostobrachial nerve reservation, but abnormal in 7 cases of intercostobraehial nerve resection.

结果 46例患者在随访第1～3年局部均未发现癌肿复发。保留肋间臂神经39例中术后患侧上臂内侧和腋窝皮肤感觉均正常，而切除肋间臂神经的7例患者均有不同程度的感觉异常。

Abstract］ Objective To study the methods and the clinical significance of preserving intercostobrachial nerve during the axillary lymph nodes dissection for breast carcinoma.

Results:3 cases enlarged radical operation,11 cases radical operation,3 cases simplified radical operation,1 case simple tumor-ectomy were performed,and 11 cases axillary lymphy nodes metastases were found(61.1%).

结果：3例扩大根治术，11例根治术，3例简化根治术，1例单纯肿块切除，腋窝淋巴结转移阳性者11例，占61.1%。
