RESULTS: High and medium dose (30, 10 μg/kg) of selenocarrageenan syrupus increased mononuclear phagocyte englobement function, T lymphocyte proliferating function and delayed hypersensitivity significantly. All 3 doses increased serum haemolysin, IL-1, 2 activity and B lymphocyte proliferating function significantly.

结果：硒化卡拉胶口服液(30、10μg/kg)均可增强T淋巴细胞增殖能力及DTH；硒化卡拉胶口服液30、10、5μg/kg均可升高单核巨噬细胞吞噬功能、血清半数溶血素值，增强B淋巴细胞增殖能力及IL-1、IL-2活性。

During the preparation of AlOOH sol , Effects of peptizator, H2O/AL,hydrolysis time, hydrolysis temperature, aging time and composition were studied, it had been found that preparation period could be shortened by extending hydrolysis time. It was possibily because that , iso-propanol produced in the reaction could be volatilized when extending hydrolysis time, its harmful role to peptization process could be avoid in this condition.

METHODS: Fresh bovine tendo calcaneus collagen was dispersed in 0.5 mol/L acetic acid, co-precipitated with chitosan and lyophilized. Dry membranes were cross-linked in 0.05% glutaraldehyde for 24 hours. In vitro its degrading rate was measured by use of collagenase degrading test. The chitosan-collagen membrane was implanted to subcutaneous dorsal sites of SD rats. After implantation, histocompatibility, vascularity and degradation were observed in vivo.

以酸溶法制备胶原溶液，添加一定比例的脱乙酰化几丁质，冻干成膜，0 。0 5 %戊二醛溶液浸泡交联，行体外酶降解实验，检测其耐受酶降解能力；将制备的几丁质-胶原蛋白膜包埋于 36只 SD大鼠皮下，术后 3、5天，1、2、3、4、6、8和 12周取材，检测其组织相容性、血管化能力及材料在体内降解情况。

INTERVENTIONS: 4 vessel occlusion(4VO) brain ischemic models in rats stained with thionine staining and GFAP immunohistochemistry staining. were used. Sixty-four rats, of which bilateral vertebral arteries were occluded permanently by electrocautery, were divided into the following 8groups: sham operation group, cerebral ischemic preconditioninggroup, ischemic insult group; BIT group; MTPG + sham operation group;MTPG+BIT group; MTPG+ischemia group and -4C3HPG+BIT coup. All the rats were killed 7 days after the operation or the final ischemic treatment. Cerebral sections were selected and stained with thionine staining and GFAP immunohistochemistry staining.
