目的 研究五灵胶囊对大鼠肝纤维化的作用。方法采用以四氯化碳为主的复合因素致大鼠肝纤维化，观察五灵胶囊对肝组织病理学、肝组织和血清中羟脯氨酸、ⅰ，ⅲ型前胶原含量的影响。结果病理学检查显示，模型组大鼠肝细胞损伤严重，胶原纤维大量增生，形成假小叶。五灵胶囊组大鼠肝细胞结构破坏不明显，肝纤维化程度轻，在3.0g？kg-1 时治疗效果最好。

Results show that some primary factors affect sol-gel transition, gelation formation and quality. These factors include the temperature of solation formation and sol-gel transition, drying time.

对溶胶-凝胶法的研究发现：溶胶形成温度、凝胶干化温度及干化时间等都是影响干凝胶质量的主要因素。

In this article, we used automotive immunohistochemical stainer to check the expressions of HBsAg and HCV antigens in 100 cases of HCC and their adjacent tissues, mean while, we checked their histological activity index and hepatic fibrosis degree. We also used radioimmunoassay to detect serum levels of 4 serum fibrosis markers and serum AFP levels in these cases. Immunofluorescence labeling and flow cytometry were used to check the T-cell subpopulations and the activity of NK cells of these 100 cases. Then the correlations among these factors were studied.

本文采用全自动免疫组化仪对100例肝癌组织及癌旁组织中的HBsAg、HCV抗原表达进行了标记，同时对其进行肝组织活动指数、纤维化分期；同时采用放射免疫测定方法检测同期血清透明质酸、Ⅲ型前胶原蛋白、层粘连蛋白和Ⅳ型胶原蛋白等四项血清肝纤维化标志物和血清甲胎蛋白水平；采用免疫荧光标记技术和流式细胞仪对T细胞亚群及NK细胞活性测定，对各项指标的相关性进行系列对比研究。

The trivalent chromium passivation film based on zincate plating obtained has compact structure with no obvious crack, and excellent anticorrosion performance. Different compositions are detected from the surface to inner film, the surface mainly contains Cr2O3-Cr3-ZnO compound, the inner (1030 nm to surface) composes of Cr2O3-ZnO-Zn.The forming process of passivation film possibly consists of four steps which are zinc dissolution, basic area appearance, gelatiniform film forming and converting to passivation film.

结果表明：锌酸盐镀锌层的三价铬钝化膜表面结构致密、无明显裂纹，具有较好的耐腐蚀性能；这种钝化膜表层与里层的组成不同，表层的组成为Cr2O3-Cr3-ZnO共混物；里层(离表层10~30 nm处)的主要组成为Cr2O3-ZnO-Zn共混物；钝化膜的成膜过程可能包括镀锌层的溶解、碱性薄层的形成、胶状膜的形成和胶状膜转化成钝化膜4个步骤。

Methods Constructed the model of fetal scarless wound healing and investigated the expression of collagen in fetal and adult rat wounds by immunohistochemistry and in situ hybridization.

染色，Ⅰ、Ⅲ型胶原免疫组化，Ⅰ、Ⅲ型胶原原位杂交。结果胎鼠伤口愈合快，组织结构再生完全，没有瘢痕形成，胶原呈网状正常排列，Ⅰ、Ⅲ型胶原蛋白及表达均增多，同时伴细胞数增多，Ⅲ型胶原首先形成网状排列；成年伤口胶原纤维沉积慢，平行排列的胶原逐渐呈束状填塞伤口以致瘢痕形成，伤口内Ⅰ、Ⅲ型前胶原mRNA表达均增多，细胞数目增多不明显。

Materials and methods: The lung preparation of 6 SARS death patient (died in 9,14,20,29,33,38d) and 6 macaque model (killed in 7,12,14,14, 32, 35d)were objects. Pathological changes, collagen fibers, lattice fibers, elastic fibers, collagen I and III in lungs and fine structure changes were studied by routine H.E dyeing, trigeminy dyeing, trinitrophenol- sirius red staining and polarization microscope, electron microscope and image analysis. Expression of Vimentin、 TGFβ_1、 TNF α、 IL-1β and MMP-2 were detected by immunohistochemistry.Results:1. Pathological changes of SARS death patient.

材料与方法：以6例SARS死亡患者(分别于发病后9、14、20、29、33、38d死亡)和6只猕猴实验模型(分别于染毒后7、12、14、14、32、35d活杀取材)肺标本为对象，应用H.E染色、三联染色、苦味酸-天狼猩红-偏振光法、电镜和图像分析等技术，对比性观察SARS肺组织病理变化和纤维化的病理过程、胶原纤维、网状纤维和弹力纤维的变化特点、Ⅰ型与Ⅲ型胶原纤维的数量和分布规律，旨在探讨SARS肺纤维化的病变经历过程及特点；利用免疫组织化学和形态计量学技术检测SARS死亡患者肺脏的Vimentin、TGFβ_1、TNFα、IL-1β和MMP-2等与炎症反应和纤维化相关活性因子，探讨其发病机制。

Drug intervention groups received either daily inhalation of budesonide, ipratropine or heparin respectively, starting on the 8th day or TGF-β1 monoclonal antibody(TB21)0.5 mg twice (6th and 19th day) via the tail veinous injection.

SEM pictures, specific surface areas and distribution of pore diameter have been tested to study the nano-porous structures in surface and some data before and after the pyrolyzing process have been gained: the size of the organic aerogel is 30~50nm, that of the carbon aerogel is about 10nm, the specific surface area increases from 341.77m^2/g to 452.75m^2/g, the density increases from 0.1708g/cm^3 to 0.3356g/cm^3 respectively.
